The overall experience
The dining options
Staff at front desk helpful in getting wifi hooked up to iPhone!
Smell of food from kitchen seeped into hallway - it was the smell of bacon. Wife and I are vegetarians. Problem with hot water pipes - rusty water when I went for shower. Called desk - said was being fixed. Could have put signs on elevator and elsewhere!
The manager who checked is in was superb. The lobby.
The smel in the room; very dated.
The location View of ocean Quiet Size of room Bathroom was a good size.
Bed was too firm Breakfast could have been better- eggs & coffee weren't very good.
Early check-in with a free upgrade. Awesome staff.
Staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Close to harbour and downtown stores.
Everything: large room, friendly very helpful staff. Excellent location.
Could do with a hand shower!
I liked the dinning room and Breakfast.
The first room was filthy and smelled extremely bad. I was moved to another room which was extremely hot and the carpets were dirty.
Spacious good view comfortable good parking very pleasant staff
coffee cups in dining room - not well washed! One mirrored closet door missing in bedroom Would have appreciated more kitchen equipment and tea towels etc.
There were 4 prime parking spaces in the garage reserved for Hybrid vehicles.
Access on foot to waterfront. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Parking charges at hotel garage.
Hotel reasonable value; I like the steak house and cocktail lounge
*The elevator floors were consistantly dirty. Carpet needs upgrading and regular vacuum *$15 parking fee excessive
The king suite with a harbour view was amazing. The restaurant had great food for dinner and breakfast and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was a nice shirt walk to the inner harbour fishermans warf and everything else. It was a great location great hotel and good price.
The hotels pool and hot tub were very small but I can't say we had much time to spend there anyway.
Rooms were nice and big , with a balcony and fully stocked kitchen. Great view of the city and harbour, and the restaurant was fantastic, really good food !!
so glad i asked about a view upgrade, well worth it to be on the 9th floor and checking out the entire horbor. Other rooms with this kind of view were $250+ per night.
place was perfect for budget conscious, and clean enough to call home
We have stayed at harbour towers many times while involved in the half marathons and 10km. We love the staff, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, very nice.
We don't care for buffet eating and although it was complimentary, we would much rather be served. With all the bugs around now, touching utensils and handles on the hot pans is not a good idea anymore
Breath-taking views over the harbour. 2 TVs in suite, one in living room, one in bedroom. Breakfast incl in price. Excellent choice of hot/ cold dishes. A short walk to harbour and town centre. Two-minutes to Victoria clipper. Staff friendly and courteous.
Excellent location, really friendly accommodating staff, comfortable rooms.
Bathroom smelled weird.
I lost my wallet including credit card on the way back from Seattle, so could not go to Nanaimo where I booked hotel. My reservation in Harbour Tower should be 2 days later after Nanaimo. While the hotel was full, Anita called around to help us find a hotel to stay for that night. She also helped us with flexibility to allow us check in early since the next day with paying cash. She also left detailed notes to the staff on the next shift. In the next morning, Tara helped us to check in. With your helps, we had a wonderful stay in Victoria. We appreciate that deeply. Thank you so much!
The extra charge for parking.
Located on a quiet street, yet close to everything. Restaurant right on site, yet other options within easy walking distance. Would stay there again.
Great location, opening windows, nice view.
For $140 would have expected a fitted bottom sheet, the bedding came apart mid night!
Seemed a poor selection of meals offered in the restaurant. Would have liked the option of paying my hotel bill with cash.
