One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Please note: the hotel's parking lot will be under construction until the middle of January, 2010. Construction hours will be Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM until 5 PM. Parking will still be available to guests during this time. If you have any questions please call the hotel directly.

A good location with secure undergound parking. We had suite 3101 with separate kitchen, lounge room and a king bed. Paying for the suite was worth the modest price increase. The hotel needs a refurbishment soon. Room rates are commensurate with the need for a refurbishment. |

The location and the view were outstanding. Staff were friendly and helpful. All dishes and equipment we needed were in the kitchenette. Spa bathroom was wonderful and the beds were heavenly. Even the weather was perfect. We have NOTHING negative to say and we WILL return! Thanks for an amazing stay. |

The siute was spacious and kichenette well equipped. Idea for a little self catering and a family. Dinning was mainly based around steak, which while very good was rather limiting. They feature very good live jazz at the weekends. The hotel staff were polite and efficient. Previous reviews had mentioned being noisy but this was not our experience - at the end of the season. There was no air conditioning which was needed given the hot weather |

The location was perfect for our arrival from the Clipper ferry. We just walked one block up the street. Clean rooms, thick fluffy towels and good water pressure. Nice view on upper floor, large 2 room suite with lots of room. Staff was very friendly and had business center to print our boarding passes for free. No complaints--great hotel and would stay there again! Also found out too late Big Bus comes by hotel and can hop on and off of it to many locations. Highly recommend hotel. Some other reviews reflect our feelings--some do not. We stayed 3 nights and no problems at all. |

It was within walking distance of downtown..Beacon Hill Park.. the Harbour and numourous other attractions. We had trouble with the toilet running. It would be nice to have a bar frig in the room to keep water and pop cold |

The hotel personnel were extremely helpful and pleasant, even offering advice on vegetarian restaurants in the vicinity and a free shuttle to one of them because of the rain. |

There was a party that was going on on our floor at 11:30 at night. I called down to the desk and they were up within 5 minutes and the party was moved elsewhere. The tub was dirty, there was hair in the drain. The room was all around dirty. No air conditioning. |

We visited during the week of Canada Day and it was the perfect walking location to festivities at the Parliament building, Royal BC Museum, restaurants & the inner harbor. We also had the perfect view of the Canada Day fireworks shows. Perfect!!! I think the parking was a little overpriced at $12 a day, there is free street parking, we didn't know that at the time, so we paid an additional $50 just for parking fees. |
