The staff was awesome, rooms very clean and spacious. The location rocks big time. Beautiful view of the lake. Morgans Restaurant is superb!
The stunning view from the room The room was even nicer than in the photos Friendly staff
When compared to the room, the lobby area was somewhat underwhelming. No big deal, who hangs around lobbies anyway? No breakfast facilities
Quite and excellent view if harrison Lake.
Great view, comfortable bed, functional room.
Can hear some hallway noise.
Fantastic views of lake and mountains
Room was clean and is spacious.
poor room layout and no actual bedroom. Door to hallway is too close to the sleeping area and is very noisy when people are talking or going in and out of other rooms.
- incredible view - very clean - friendly staff - well-appointed bathroom - great location - super comfortable bed and crisp linens
- could not pick up wifi signal in room
Very nice room...large with full kitchen, comfortable bed, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful,
Noise from elevator going up and down...two rooms over. Air conditioner dripped i.e. like noise of dripping sink. We were awakened by noisy people in the hotel at around 2 pm in the morning. Phoned staff and they dealt with it right away.
I was impressed with the entire experience. The convenience of the location, costs in the restaurants were reasonable and the view was amazing!! The rooms are crisp, clean and welcoming.
The parking. I'm not sure with a full hotel why they would allow paid parking for the beach visitors. Also I think the cost of the parking for hotel guests should be included on the lodging and not charged seperate. I also had an unfortunate incident with some carpet tacks that had come through the carpet on the edge of the kitchen area, which I did report to the front desk. Staff could definately be friendlier. I think it is nice to be acknowledge by the staff when entering/exiting the building or exiting the elevator in the morning. :-)
the hotel was very clean staff were very helpful
paying for parking
- Great location - Excellent customer service
- Very slow Wi-Fi - Expected bigger pool and bigger exercises area - Hot tub was outside
Received a nice card and box of chocolates for our special stay. Nice and quiet.
Paying extra for parking
staff was very nice, like the location and was very clean
there was no toilet paper, had to ask the front desk, no face cloths or hand towels, no drinking glasses.
Bed was great. Location, staff, etc were all great. Restaurants were next door and excellent.
wifi was slow but no other items.
The air conditioning was nice. The mattress on the king bed was very comfortable. There are plates and utensils available. There is also a mini fridge with a small freezer available to keep things you bring cold and a microwave to cook stuff. The location of the hotel is very good and one just has to walk across the street in front of the hotel to get to the lake.
Wi-Fi only works near the entrance of room 411 and doesn't work in most of the room. The shower head is too low for someone around 6ft tall and one must bend slightly for water on the top of one's head. The TV is kind of small and doesn't seem to have any HD channels.
Nice friendly staff and clean rooms.
Internet Wi-FI did not work very well. You had to stay in the hallway to get signal. The rooms without a balcony should be a-lot cheaper then the the ones without.
Peter, if Peter wasn't there I wouldn't of enjoyed it at all. I liked the balcony and the conditioner in the shower.!
The lift is bad.
The amazing staff......a young man arranged to have rooms switched around so we were able to have room 214 for two nights. It was a wonderful room and the excellent manageress was able to get us a reduced rate when we decided to stay a third night in the same room. Can't remember the young man's name but our name is tranter and we booked in the last couple days of may.
Would love to stay for a few days in the summer but the peak season rates are out of our reach. This is too bad because we would love to go when the water is warm enough for swimming. Are there ant packages available during summer? When do prices drop again;when in the fall? Thanks dave.
Rooms were nicely decorated and big
The damaged hairdryer etc and reception staff didnt apoligise
great balcony, great location, big rooms, very comfy
Comfortable large rooms with stunning views. Smoking allowed on balconies - rare in BC! Close to a variety of restaurants.
The location ,cleanliness of the whole building, size of rooms, parking,.
Limited amenities. they only have one small hot tub and a small pool for the whole hotel.
I didn't like having to pay for parking out back since underground not working. Also enviro fee?? Never before have I seen this besides the cost of the room is plenty
