Hair was in the bath tubs and the "clean" towels. Should have larger wine glasses
It is better than harrison Hotel and spa which has dirty rooms and ever year is worse than before.
There is no pool and therefor you have to use public pool which is close but not so clean
The place was super clean all the facilities seemed new and well kept. The beds were suuuuper comfortable.. definitely a highlight of the trip. The gentleman in charge was helpful, presenting us with his personal # incase we needed anything. When we did text with any questions he was at our door ready to help!
very spacious,quiet,great deck and view
had to go to public pool
Big, modern condo Quiet location Large deck
Too expensive for a 1night stay. Black hair clump on clean hanging towels. Condos
Huge appartment, master bedroom with bathroom integrated. High quality of furniture's Great view on the lake
All the comforts of home, the rooftop BBQ area
Everything was good about this hotel.
Reza was very accomodating and the location was perfect
So many as follows: - the staff - the unit/PH - the location - the price - everything, name it
In our case, none at all
More space. Nice room.
Sofa bed is too soft for sleep. A bit expensive.
We were delighted when we arrived at this lovely big apartment. The man in charge was friendly and very helpful and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. We were even allowed to leave our car there on check out day until the afternoon and were welcome to leave luggage, fridge items and collect coffee! of tht 13 nights we were away in 10 different places this was one of the very best - one night was not enough!
When we got there we had two buzz in for the staff they had no front lobby entrance with staff we waited for a good five minutes for someone to show up was not very pleasant at all had no air conditioning in the bedrooms and cobwebs in the living room on the ceiling patio was very very unclean table and railings
Initially, there was a mix-up with our room and we ended up having to move, however, once we got into our suite we found it very comfortable. The suite had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation with young children. The kitchen was great, and we found that two showers were really handy as well as a bath tub. Reza was really helpful and we really enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely be back!
The master bedroom had two double beds so we had to put the kids in there and therefore did not get an ensuite bathroom for ourselves.
Beautiful building, beautiful penthouse suite, very clean
no air conditioning in the master bedroom!!!
Privite. Very nice place to relax with family.
There are only 2 small ,old and noisy AC in the entire 3 beds room suite. I was in BC day long weekend which is sooooo hot. Eventhough manager gave the 2 more fan, it didn't help.
The bedroom was a bit too warm
Location great, we had a lake view 2bed suite. It was a great size and very well laid out. Great views of the mountains. Great size patio with large dining table.
The check in was quite odd, no front desk, you check in at room 206! One of our bathroom towels was dirty, not good at all!! I didn't like the "List" for replacement costs for glasses and crockery if you broke anything, thank goodness we didn't! For the cost of the room I think any accidental breakages should be more than covered, this would put me off choosing this place again!!
The accommodations were very nice. Nice room, clean and nice views of the lake
This resort was very noisy, many young adults yelling, and partying late into the night. We were unable to leave without calling the manager to let us out of the garage.
it was new
there were cobwebs in the living room no hand soap in the bathrooms one of the tv's didn't work and we were interrupted without notice on the morning we were leaving to be out by 11 am by the cable guy. (made it very awkward to pack while he was there) not enough hot water for everyone to take showers no air conditioning no swimming pool no spa services They tell you we can use the spa and swimming area at the larger hotel down the road but that is not what the other hotel said. We were not able to use the other hotels facilities at all.
New and spacious apartment.Friendly caretaker.
Way overpriced ($325 + tax per night) for what it is. This is not a resort! It is basically an apartment building with no facilities like swimming pool, restaurant or bar. The 'reception' is actually a room 206 on the second floor. The place is located on the second row of buildings from the lake, so no lake view either (as the name would suggest). There was no coffee machine in the apartment.
I like that the place is really close to the lake. It was a delight to wake up and see the view of the lake from my bedrooon window. The facility is new clean and close to facilities around town.
I didn't like the fact that there were no cleaners to clean our room each day. I would have liked having new towels provided each day and our bed made. The place could use a washer dryer. Also, it seems that hot water was limited. I had to make sure I shower fast to leave some hot water for my kids.
Lots of space. Nice private patio Close to the water.
Some of the dishes were obviously not clean. Cooking equipment minimal for standing/price. (hiuge stove, but 1 sauce pan !) Towels too small. And the manager didn't seem to care.
The look of the apartment was nice and new. We had the penthouse so had 3 bedrooms 3 baths. Nice view
the apartment was not stocked properly and had not been cleaned before check in. Couldn't make tea or coffee. No sheets for the pull out. The manager seemed to be too distracted to answer any questions or be helpful.
Loved the accomodations. Spacious, comfortable, clean, lots of outdoor space. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
The unit did not have enough pots and pans for the amount of cooking we did while we were there. The BBQ's were not working well.
