Very Clean, Lady at the desk was excellent. Are key cards, didnt work very well. Only one would open the room door, and the other would open the floor door, made things a little complicated.

Very clean; no unpleasant surprises; good price; friendly and competent staff. The location was great for us, and the hotel is very quiet inside despite being close to the QEW.

Pool Thought that I had booked a room with a king bed and sofa but when I got there, there was only a room with the King bed. I hadn't checked my own printout but saw that in fact it didn't have the sofa bed listed on it. The hotel staff brought a cot and did not charge extra but I would have preferred what I thought was the original agreement.

Its location and on-site restaurant. It was overpriced - decor and bathroom are very dated. We couldn't sit in bed to watch tv without hitting our heads on the headboard. Staff were unable to explain a "planet energy tax and a dmf tax" - they simply said that all the hotels in the area charge these taxes.

Very convenient to the highway and to the bus terminal and train station. An easy car trip into Niagara Falls. The room was spacious, well- appointed, and in good condition. Very quiet at night. My bed was hard, but some people like them that hard (I did, too, once upon a time).

The quiet room, balcony and overall size of the room. I also liked the location and the breakfast was good and at a great price. The bed was very comfortable. :) I thought the price was a bit steep.
