Score from 1324 reviews Very good
cleanliness throughout, comfortable bed, nice reception
water was musty and the bathroom sink tap needs attention rm 138.
The bar staff were great
It was noisy due to an ice hockey game and they all were staying ( plus support group)...but that was not the fault of the hotel
Our room was good. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
The indoor pool was empty and the outdoor pool was unheated and had algae in it.The back door did not lock so anyone could get into the building. The pizza was not good.
Good Room, small bathroom, plenty of parking
limited coffee supplied in room breakfast choice a bit limited too
nice place great location
WiFi was so poor it was unusable most nights
noisy customers....doors slamming for hours across the hall from us. Laundry facilities just a few rooms away was busy and noisy.
The friendliness & courteousness of the staff. This was our first trip to Canada they were so helpful giving us directions on places that we wanted to see & gave us other points of interest. "John" went to a market and picked up something special for us for our granddaughter. Desiree was very friendly she worked at the breakfast bar. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Very clean outside . Spa & inside pool nice. Everything is as it appears on advertising. Rooms up to date. Very pleased
The toaster could be in a different area for the breakfast serving. A little congested if there's a large crowd
Staff was rude unwilling and too lazy to try and accommodate.
The hotel is in a handy location near stores and restaurants. The room is comfortable with a fridge and microwave. The pool area is a nice area to unwind in.
The breakfast is one of the poorest I have encountered recently. There was almost no choice and very few healthy options. I would much prefer to pay for a better breakfast option.
Location (close to a highway exit), allowing you to visit all the attractions in the region (Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the Lake, wineries...) and spa (in-door and out-door swiming pools, hot tub, sauna...)/fitness' facilites.
Bad organisation of breakfast room leads to waste of time in the morning.
Very clean within the room. Staff were also very polite.
We liked the 2 pools and the mini put. The breakfast was good, but the line up was too long. The room was clean and comfortable.
The grounds and hotel really need update and improvement .
Liked the two pools
Noisy.....Poor sound insulation.
inconcistant water pressure
The price was too high. The only dressing area was the bathroom. The mattresses and pillows were too hard. There were no chairs to sit on except one desk chair.
You couldn't get a better location, only a minute off the QEW. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff (we needed to find a bank branch). Our room was quite large and exceptionally clean with an extremely comfortable king bed. Our buffet breakfast was delicious and hot with just about everything right there. When we found out that there were a lot of rowers in the hotel (Henely week rowing) we were kind of leery about the noise level. Not to worry, the rowers must have been in bed early as we didn't hear a thing. Would we stay here again - absolutely.
There wasn't a thing we could find fault with.
Great location. Comfortable bed.
Towels were dirty, sink and tub did not drain very well. First night we had no room service/maid service at all!
Perfect if you are visiting the Niagara Region. Highway and wine route very easily accessible from this location. Very friendly staff and breakfeast deal is pretty good too.
A little noisy if you get room facing the highway.
Friendly staff Nice room very clean
Bed was TOO hard
Pleasant, airy facilities. Unusually pleasant staff.
Weekend breakfasts were like a zoo. Too small a space, too many people. Moving the toasting machinery our of the corner would improve matters a great deal
Work out facility and hot tub sauna area.
My son got a big cut on his foot swimming in their indoor pool. Staff dressed his wound but was not concerned in the least to check the pool to see what caused it. So now someone else can get cut from it too.
Could be cheaper
Outdoor Pool Mini golf Comfy beds Location
Too expensive Continental breakfast was pretty bad- cold eggs, disorganized set up Snooty girl with a bad attitude at indoor pool
Indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast included. Loved the pancake maker. Room was very quiet; good for sleeping.
Eggs were cold both mornings. Entrance door 3 did not work and someone kept propping it open with a stick allowing anyone to enter the building.
