The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet hotel. Large, comfortable room. Very clean throughout.

It was quiet for the most part, except for the air conditioning units. Perhaps air-pressure controlled door closing apparatases could be installed so there is less door slamming. Staff was pleasant. The rooms could be a little cleaner - the toilet had urine from the previous male guest on the base (side closest to the tub), and when I was looking to see if anything of ours had slipped under the beds, I found a cigarette (in a non-smoking room). Otherwise, the stay was as expected.

The old style shower curtain along with handicap bars made a shower uncomfortable. Please upgrade to the curved shower rods. Bathroom sink had no stopper. Bathroom fan cover was hanging loose...

The free hot breakfast was really good, with a nice selection also. The pool had bugs & lots of hair in it, the hot tub was disgusting as there was scum on the edge & when the jets were turned on it foamed lots & stunk terribly.

The sink in our room was plugged and super slow to drain. The hotel was also quite noisy at night

Good location, service was good, and the room was clean. The rooms were not very soundproof. We stayed in 231 and every time the door opened between the "wings" it was very noisey.
