My room had a man sleeping in it.
No hair dryer. Slow elevators.
The breakfast and friendly restaurant staff.
the stinky feet smell in our room!!
Didn't like the bed gave me a soar back for the weekend an I was trying to enjoy my self I had a bad sleep rather then a comfy one so fix your beds give out more free breakfasts and you will be awesome place to stay haha
Staff was excellent and helpful, room was clean, bed was comfy.
Hotel is very rundown! The steps down to the elevators is very difficult to handle with heavy suitcases!!!
No hair dryer in room
As a hotel employee for another chain, I found this stay very pleasant. Great value - the two free breakfasts was a plus!
Other than the construction going on and being put in one of the un-renovated rooms that used to be on a smoking floor it was a pleasant stay.
Construction that was under way
The café didn't open until 6am and we had 2 free hot breakfasts included in the hotel rate. Because we had to leave by 4am, they gave us a couple of orange juices and muffins the night before.
For a non smoking room it sure didn't smell like it. Even the bedding reeked of it. My son and I were only in the room to sleep as I was taking him to the airport very early in the morning, but by the time we left 7 hours later, all of our personal belongings smelled that we had partied in a smoke filled hotel room. I'm hoping this reno they have going on replaces the beds, pillows and bedding as well.
staff were very friendly and accommodating. when we did have issues they were looked after right away.
booked a non smoking room because i am allergic to cigarette smoke. we were put in a room the first night that had just recently been converted to a non smoking room. I woke up in the night coughing,I coughed so much I that I actually pulled a muscle in my side. One thing people don't understand about allergens is that you cannot always get rid of them by just washing and wiping things down. Especially if people had been smoking in the room for 20 years previous.
close to my needs
staff ,didn't listen to the booking .com arrangement of pay which was pre arranged, the price was to rich for my pocket book.
We didn't receive our wakeup call and almost missed our flight.
The beds were good. The housekeeping staff were friendly.
They started renovations after we made our reservation and we weren't informed. The noise was not an issue but walking through the mess was. We arrived a day early and were given an "upgraded room" for our stay. This room included an air conditioner unit that "spit" water on my suitcase and the floor. The linoleum in the bathroom was covered in ground in dirt and the ceiling tiles were stained and rusted. The shower was an old stall. We asked at the front desk if this was really a renovated room and she said yes, it got painted and new carpet. We will not be staying in this hotel again. Oh I almost forgot, you have to enter the building through narrow pull open double doors and then once you check in you have to go down 5 steps to the elevator. We saw many elderly people struggle with both the doors and getting their luggage to the elevator, while we were doing the same.
The staff was very good and very helpful.
The room smelled musty - I think it was an old smoking room. It was also dark and gloomy. Would not stay there again!
Room was comfortable
Paint choice in alleyways is depressing. Hotel is under remediation, but regardless of that, it lacks ambiance. I would not use again.
Location. Fairly close to the credit union centre
Hallways were filthy. Bedding looked old and dirty. The room stunk. It was not an inviting place where you wanted to lay down and go to sleep. Didn't even want to set my bags on the bed. Would of went to a different hotel but all were booked due to the Cher concert
Didn't get to sleep because there was construction going on all the time and the staff will come in your room and ignore the do not disturb sign ect... And they were like 15 years old
Very clean basic room with a very comfortable bed and nice bed linens.
Smelled like smoke. Towels were so worn out they were nothing more than rags. Pillows were so large the were unusable.
Room was clean and updated
Bathrooms need work
The stay and park feature of the Heritage Inn in Saskatoon is great. The rate is excellent and we appreciate the free shuttle to airport and back. Our third floor room was really nice and had everything we needed. Our wake up call was on time and so was the taxi!
The restaurant is nice to have there. Our server was good and helpful but the food was lacking somewhat-- the taco shell was not good at all. The salad bar was good tho.
Good location near the airport, staff available 24/7, helpful staff
Wifi didn't work, bathroom was a bit old-fashioned also not very workable
Beds and bedding excellent.
General cleanliness and smoking right at the main entrance/ exit. Hotel underenovation and we were not pre-warned.
Clean up front entrance more often every day! It looked gross even do a prairie hotel in winter.
This is our worst experience. We arrived to the hotel around 11sh pm to stay the night. Checked in, very poor lobby (if I would call it lobby), the guy in reception was super friendly, went to our room, smell on the corridors we started to be suspicious, and kind of expecting the room standard, went in and was shocking we felt it is unhealthy, smelly beds, bed linen and pillows. My wife felt very nauseated from the smell. We stayed there for 5 mins and then decided we can't spend the night here, so we apologised to the nice guy for unable to stay, he told us that is fine and I won't be charged anything. I was surprised that we got charged for the whole night on my card statement (I wouldn't mind if did not tell us that we won't be charged). Called the hotel again to clarify and was told they can do nothing (hence the poor rating for staff, as the lied to us). Anyways I would give this hotel 2 just for the location near airport and nothing else. Do your family and health a favour and do not stay there.
