The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was great. Liked the hot tub.

It was clean and bright and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised at the selection on the complimentary breakfast and everything was fresh. There were on site staff attending the dining area and it was very clean and weel kept. Carl, on the front desk, was a get help and very nice to deal with.

The pool did not have graduated stairs so that anyone needing accommodation could easily get into the pool. There were no towels readily available and no pool noodles but the pool area was nice and clean.

Easy to book, room is comfortable, front reception staff accomodating and helpful.

The service in the restaurant was about the worst I have ever encountered. Two young women appeared to be on duty. One of them sat down for a meal with some other guests. The other chatted with her/them while they ate. She had no idea about the menu, mumbled when speaking, hid in the kitchen, and was generally incompetent. I waited about 15 minutes after arrival for a menu. No one checked if I needed anything further during my meal, at the end I waited for a dessert menu and finally had to call out to the woman to come over and attend to it. Generally a very poor experience and an embarrassment to your facility. The foor was fine.

Very clean room and building, quiet, helpful staff

Poor air conditioning, out-dated styling with old-fashioned tv. No entertainment for children (like a water slide), no bar or liquor store nearby.

We enjoyed our stay except for the seciond night, when the air conditioning did ot co-operate, otherwise all was okay

I was well looked after. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.

Showers in older part of facility require upgrades to shower heads, curtains, etc. to keep from spraying out of the tub

Elevator broke down. Rooms and bedding appeared tired and unclean (comforter).

It was where the brooks elks were celebrating there 85th anniversary, so right where the party was.

it was clean and affordable. good parking and close to eating and coffee places. breakfat offered was very good and plentiful. excellent value for the money

the pool was a lap pool and I expected a pool with more activites for children. the more public areas needed some extra attention

I thought the breakfast was very good. A nice selection.

The girl on the desk was lacking in people skills. The airconditioning didn't work in our room, and the toilet didn't work most of the time.

We were on a cross country trip. They have a good website and are in a convevieny location. We were very pleased with the accommodations.

The extra charges above and beyond, room and gst. When we booked we were not notified, creating more cost for the room.

This is a fairly new hotel and is lovely. The beds are great as are the pillows. There is a pool and hot tub area which is well maintained. A very nice and plentiful continental breakfast is served in the morning which does defray a bit of the cost of the room, which I thought was quite high. Would we stay there again? We would. I would recommend it to friends.
