The reception lady was friendly and nice. The room is clean and spacious. Great location of the hotel and great view from both inside the room and outside on the roof balcony. None.

Clean rooms and lobby. "Boutique hotel" it is not. Basic simple and a serve/make it yourself omelette station totally failed to impress.

I appreciated the great service/kind staff - very accommodating to our needs, comfortable rooms (no sore throat like some hotel rooms give me) with all the amenities one looks for, GREAT breakfast buffet... even "gluten free-ers" will like the selection. Thank you! We travel often and will be coming back. If I had to find a negative, I might like to sleep in a little longer and have breakfast later.

It was a very good place to stay. When we called the hotel to book initially, we were told there was nothing left and that they were booked solid. On booking.com it showed there was availability. So we booked sucessfully through booking.com . We were able to change our room type to a one bedroom suite the next morning.

Very friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast. Room with kitchen area. Good parking facilities. Unfortunately we were placed in a room next to a group who were up til the early hours of the morning one night. Although this is not the hotel's responsibility, the walls were exceptionally thin and the hotel not overbooked by a long way. Perhaps the hotel could consider putting guests in alternate rooms to buffer sound when they are not full to capacity

Our stay in Herons Landing was very nice and we can only recommend a stay there. All staff was very helpful, warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet that included fruit, yoghurt, cereals, coffee, tea, waffles, toast, different bread, jams, peanut butter, cream cheese, other cheese, salami, etc. Also fast WIFI access is included as well as a garage to park the car in. Herons Landing is conveniently situated at the coastal road a just a short drive away from the Campbell River city center and harbour. Even though it is a busy road in front of the hotel we slept well and sound in our Penthouse room. The only thing I would comment on is that the rooms could use an update as everything is a bit outdated. It is very clean however which I think is more imporant.

Some character to it Feel personal, just like home Not with the hotel. What's up with the neighbor with blue light, windows all covered up. Seems scary!

It was a nice very nice hotel, clean hotel staff was great breakfast was good and had many choices, nice walking path across from the hotel The only thing is it was a little far to walk to town about 45 minutes cab was $15.00 pub close to hotel not so good.
