We appreciated the warmth of staff and willingness to meet our needs. We were visiting during a quiet time (between seasons) and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The grounds are lovely. The design layout is good -- everything is easy to access was important to my husband who has mobility issues. The facilities are good and as we were visiting family in Frederiction we were pleased to be able to invite them to share the pool area. The resort is in need of some tlc. There were many things needing repair. The pool is advertised as heated but was fridgedly cold. I only used it once during our week long staff due to the temperature of the water. The whirl pool does not whirl. We would have liked a blanket on our bed as the light cotton cover was not cosy and reminded us being in a hospital.

The hotel could use a bit of updating but was very clean and the staff was excellent and very friendly. It was a very pretty view being right on the Saint John River, very peaceful and quiet place to stay with a very scenic short drive into Fredericton. I would stay at this hotel again, the food was good in the restaurant and once again the staff friendly and helpful!!!!

The breakfast buffet offered that weekend was good but expensive. The room had unrepaired water damage to wallpaper and windows. Pool and flooring of deck very old and dirty looking and hotub not working properly either. Also no continental breakfast was offered.

Très beau site en bordure de la rivière Très mal entretenu...laissé allé depuis plusieurs années. Extérieur commence à être délabré, manque d'entretien. Service de restauration ordinaire, nous suggère un vin qu'ils n'ont pas... Lumière brûlée dans salle de bain...et senteur de cigarette dans une chambre non fumeur...obligé de changé de chambre...

zeer vriendelijk personeel, prachtige ligging Hotel is gedateerd en er wordt niet veel aan gedaan. Voor een kort verblijf is het goed.

I've liked the atmosphere of a beautiful resort , nice architecture and beautiful woodwork. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. Great location, only a few kilometers from Fredericton and easy to find. The pool a little small has too much chlorine, salted water would be a better option.
