Le confort, le bruit, l'indiscretion des gens, mais surtout le plancher et les murs sont en bois ou placo, isolation phonique médiocre, toutes petites chambres ridicule pour 4 personnes, manque de place pour les bagages, vraiment pas ideale pour un sejour qui dur, bon pour une nuit ou deux , si on n'est pas trop fatiqué, car bien dormir c'est impossible !

Accueil excellent par du personnel jeune parlant francais. Etablissement très bien placé.

Manque de vaisselle. Nombreux étages.

Etablissement très bruyant, chambre exigue, cher pour une auberge de jeunesse mais c'est principalement du à la situation (Lake Louise).

Pour un couple, a eviter pour 3 raisons. 1- Il ne respecte pas le prix fixé avec Booking. Vous devrez payer 10% au moins de plus sans pouvoir gagner votre point. 2- La chambre est extrêmement petite et à part un lit, une chaise et un mini amoir à rangement, rien d'autre. Pas de place pour le bagage. 3- Même si votre gps vous y amène très bien, vous penserez qu'il est erroné. Il faur entrer dans ce qui semble une propriété privée pour trouver une indication d'une réception qui sera la bonne.

C'est l'un de hi les mieux aménagé avec de vaste espace de rangement sous les lits, articles de cuisine suffisants. éQuipements bien entretenus.

restaurant should open earlier for the mountain people you want to attract. How about 0600?

Front desk staff were super helpful and friendly

Staff in the restaurant were awful, we had dinner in the restaurant and the waiter was rude and unhelpful, he was very busy but he was very rude. We also had breakfast in the restaurant, it took over 20 minutes for the waitress to take my order and she seemed to be unfamiliar with the menu, ie, kinds of eggs, and also forgot to bring my drink. The waiter from the night before was also there and continued to be rude to other tables. Stating that they could not move tables together because it was a fire hazard ???? I have worked in many restaurants and have never come across not being able to move tables to seat more customers... More revenue, due to a fire hazard. I also mentioned his rudeness to the other girls in our dorm and he had been rude to their table also.

Staff were great! I felt like we got so much more for our money than our friends that stayed in hotels. Great work.

Gorgeous post and beam wilderness lodge in the most incredible mountain town of Lake Louise in Banff national park, in a word special place.

How friendly everyone was apart from one guy who didn't really seem to want to be there in the restaurant. The lodge is beautiful and has a fantastic atmosphere

Location, great kitchen facilities, layout.

The bed foamy provided no support. The sheets are a little mangy from so much use.

I must admit to beiing very unsatisfied so I left after our first night. Maybe the best pricing in Lake louise village but really aver priced for the type of room (private 2 beds) I will not go stay in that hostel again.

I enjoyed my stay very much, the friendlyness of the staff, the hostel itself, especially the lounge.

Just 2 lockers in the very small 4 beds room # 207.

Great location in the mountains

Having to climb up on to a top bunk bed crazy and dangerous I thought like k2 ok for skinny youngsters not at my age and weight

Your guy who works in your restaurant is so rude. I mean rude to the point of shocking. I have no idea how he got a job doing something so customer service focused. Group member: can I get a honey brown? Guy: sorry we just switched it to hells bock Group member: oh what would you suggest? Guy: I don't know what you would like, this is the first time we have ever talked... Wow really? You can't even suggest a beer that's similar? The girl didn't drink much beer and doesn't know the beer types. He wouldn't let us move chairs or put tables together cause makes his job hard to do when it's busy, there were 2 other ppl in the restaurant at the time, 10 of us and we were staying for one beer. He also would split our bill cause he said if was too difficult. He should of asked to begin with since we were obviously not a family and each of us only had one drink. Not hard to split them all to one drink only and we could hand them out. I also say ppl get up and leave he was so rude. Couple came in and sat at a bigger table and instead of being polite and explaining that he needs the 8 seater for large groups he's rude to the point they just leave and than he asks the rest of the ppl dinning if he was being rude cause there is a wait to be seated sign and calls her a princess. Such a rude server! It was so bad that the girls at the table didn't want to ask for spoons he had forgotten with there tea cause you felt like he was going to lose it on you. Rest of the staff were super friendly :). You would be smart to put that guy somewhere not client facing. Your losing business having him in the restaurant.

Friendly, relaxing atmosphere

We stayed in 307 for six nights. There is not enough room for suit cases, boots, clothing in general and hanging wet towels/face clothes, we had a Ski Louise Card and were not made aware of the fact that we would receive 10% off

All facilities were nice and tidy. Grocery store close by, free shuttlebuss to skislopes. Pool table awaileble and games.

The railway was quite noisy and reduced the sleep quality... I thought breakfast was included in the stay...

It`s right in the middle of the mountains, so it`s very convenient for winter sports. It`s very convenient year round if you are an outdoor lover.

Lack of insulation between floors and units which makes it very noisy even in the middle of a quiet week. The building is starting to show it`s age over 20 y.o.
