Breakfast Needs to freshen up. Admiral Inn right next to it provides much better quality and larger rooms with fridge plus microwave at the same prize. |

It is a good hotel, clean and with good location. It is easy that you can access different highways. The hotel is offering free stay for the children, free breakfast and free parking facility. The windows at rooms are sealed, so you cannot open the window no fresh air in the room. |

Very comfortable family hotel. The reception is very helpful and ready to assist you for everything requested. Huge and valuable breakfast. Difficult to find if you don't have a good gps. Not recommended if you would like to visit downtown Toronto, the distance is more than the 16 km stated in the hotel presentation. |

Everything first the tv remote didnt work so you couldnt pick the pay per view you had to guess, asked for straws (surgery) room service took 1 hour to deliver those, asked for new remote at 6pm checked out at 9am still never got a remote to watch tv! 3 inches of the bed frame was sticking out so we could have sliced our ankles wide open they never did anything about it. I wanted to sleep after surgery but they were steam cleaning the carpets after 9pm so I had to wait to sleep |

Quiet, safe, nice location, cooperative staff No Kettle would charge you if you ask for boiled water to make yourself a cup of tea in the room.On checking out, an invoice was sent to my room stating that an amount of 979.05 Canadian dollars will be charged on my credit card. I did not utilize anything that would add to my charges and when I came to check my visa account, I was shocked to find that my visa was charged 1219 canadian dollars???? |

Le calme... bien que l'hôtel soit près d'une route principale, aucun bruit à l'intérieur de l'hotel. La piscine ainsi que l'environnement autour de celle-ci était très propre. Manque un peu de sourire à l'accueil !! |

Der dunkelhäutige Mitarbeiter beim Einchecken war umwerfend freundlich,herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit Würstchen und Eierspeise, allerlei Früchten und Youghurt und vieles mehr. Die Zimmer sind okay. Die Lage des Hotels (eingebettet zwischen Highways) ist nicht sehr ansprechend. |
