Όλα τα επιπλέον μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται CAD 15,00 ανά νύχτα όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
1 παιδί κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένει χωρίς χρέωση, για μία βρεφική κούνια.
1 μεγαλύτερο παιδί ή ενήλικας χρεώνεται CAD 5,00 ανά νύχτα για 1 επιπλέον κρεβάτι.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Liked the proximity to Banff downtown activities, the pool and hot tub area and the underground parking. The rooms are fairly large and were well maintained. Also liked the on-site breakfast being included in the room rate. The breakfast room is pretty drab. Much as we liked the on-site breakfast, the room could use an upgrade to add a little more charcater. |

We booked on line and had no reference prior to arriving. We found the location perfect for exploring Banff and area. Staff were courteous and helpful. One bedroom suite was perfect for our stay, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts were sufficient. Pool area clean and relaxing. Overall I would recomend High country to any and all. Thank you for your hospitality. |

Warm,friendly staff, inviting lobby-fireplace, free wi-fi and parking...enjoyed breakfast..hot oatmeal and honey plus choices of dry cereal,pastries, toast and spreads, juices, whole fruit etc. So convenient to walk around town, with superb mountain views from our room. We'd love to visit again! |

We liked the location very much on the main street and within walking distance of both shopping and the train station. The young lady on the desk was either brand new, or not very well trained. She was not sure where the hotel was on the street when presented with a map and she was unable to get our room the green binder that told about the town. (we borrowed one from another guest). |

The room was large, had a nice patio, easy to find, hotel staff all night, The hot tub was cold, the continental breakfast had stail bread, waffles,and bruised bananas and shriveled oranges will not stay there again. |

The rooms were clean, friendly staff, and it was great to have a pool, hot tub and continental breakfast. The location of the hotel was also good-close enough to walk everywhere we needed to go. |

The swimming pool was a great feature. The two hot tubs were useful after a long mountain hike. The balcony was wonderful. The separeate bedroom had two large openings to the living room, preventing us from having privacy and blocking out noise from the two people we travelled with. |

Good location on main Banff ave, close to a near-by mall. Spacious room, good furniture. Very good continental breakfast. Free underground parking. Our room had an upper gable ceiling window, which had no sun-screen curtain.This allowed the sun rays heat our room forcefully in the afternoon, and wake us up early in the morning. Should be attended by hotel management ! |
