We had a late arrival,the pick up at the Airport was quick and the driver was very friendly and helpful.The lobby of the hotel was very inviting and warm.The check in staff were efficient and friendly giving us several options for late night food and drinks,we elected to wait until morning to enjoy an excellent breakfast in the lobby. Very clean rooms,well appointed with a flat screen TV,a very comfortable King size bed,very quite and warm.We will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn again.

The whole stay was just right we where able to relax before driving to Banff the following day. All of the staff where great and the free airport transfer was a bonus and they dropped us off right in front of the car rental office. To arrange airport pick up could not be simpler just exit the arrivals hall and go to location10 pick up the phone and dial the coded number for the hotel and they will come and pick you up. The only down side was that the road network around the area has been re-designed to meet the demand to extend the runway so the journey time between the airport and the hotel has greatly increased.This situation is outside the control of the hotel and all of the other hotels in the same area. This is still a good hotel for one night stays

There was a free and regular shuttle bus that picked us up after midnight with no problems-just used the free phone in arrivals and waited about 20 mins. Easy check-out-just push a button on the phone and leave a brief message and you're all set. For a top brand 'luxury' hotel and accordingly priced, this Hilton was in the same league as a $75 hotel/motel. The decor in the rooms, bathrooms and hallways were very dated and the black-out curtains (very late arrival-needed to sleep in) didn't work very well. Overall comfortable, but we expected better.

The staff was very accomodating, and friendly. The breakfast that came with the room price was excellent. The room itself was large, and well appointed. Shuttle service prompt from airport. We would stay in this hotel again if going to Calgary.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The facilities are good with gym and pool available. The shuttle that ferries guest to and from the airport looks dirty and run-down on the outside. Facade of the shuttle should be improved.

Buen hotel si lo que quieres es estar cerca del aeropuerto y tener transfer gratis. Era nuestro caso porque est'abamos de paso. Habitaciones grandes y con muchos detalles como microondas. Por la manana tienen caf'e y te y algo de boller'ia gratis, a parte del desayuno que pagas si quieres tomarlo. Carca hay una cafeter'ia Tim Hortons que es estupenda para desayunar. Recomiendo el hotel si no quieres ir a Calgary y solo estar cerca del aeropuerto. Es un poco caro pero todos los hoteles en Canad'a son caros

Nao tenho mto o que falar pq fiquei somente uma noite e uma noite curta. Como cheguei as 20,30h e saih as 5,30h da manha seguinte, para minha finalidade foi otimo. Cheguei no shuttle do hotel que solicitei do aeroporto e fui levada no outro dia tb no shuttle. Esse serviço funcionou muito bem. Fui acordada as 4h da manha como eu havia pedido, enfim, para a minha curta estadia foi muito bom. Escolhi pelo preço oferecido e pela proximidade com o aeroporto.

Rustig hotel met ruime kamers. Prachtig zwembad met jacuzzi, degelijke fitnessapparaten in fitnesszaal. Dicht bij luchthaven Calgary gelegen. Slechte ervaring in het restaurant in het hotel. Tot viermaal toe de menukeuze moeten corrigeren waardoor etentje zelf natuurlijk niet echt geslaagd was. Ook de vriendelijkheid van de betrokken kelner liet wat te wensen over...
