friendly and mannerly staff all round, clean public areas and rooms, good food, hot fresh complimentary coffee in reception, efficient shuttle service, knowledgeable and friendly reception staff and management - did all they could to fix the booking error made by bookings.com in booking one of the two smoking rooms available in this hotel. Well done to Steven and his team!

Location, staff and the facilities

My mattress had a huge well on one side and made sleeping a bit challenging

Location: close to Airport. It was the reason of our choice. We skied in B.C. and had an early flight in the morning.

ComplimentaryShuttle from airport at midnite a real plus. Fast check in. warm comfortable room after a long flight. Good food to start the day. Free parking while on our trip. This is an excellent place to stay.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. Took complimentary shuttle to the airport at 5 A.M., hotel even gives a complimentary packed brown bag breakfast which was delicious.

Our stay was very short. This hotel is close to the Calgery airport and therefore we picked it. We arrived late, left early. They have a free shuttle that must start around 4 am, great service. The personnel are super friendly, the rooms are typical Hilton quality, very nice. They even had juice, coffee, and pastries for the early morning departures people.

good size room with a comfortable firm bed. found a welcome and very friendly, approachable staff. good breakfast quickly cooked and evening meals reasonably priced. excellent service when i left a bag on shuttle bus on way out to airport - nothing too much trouble

Paid the high price expecting a nice, welcoming stay after a long and tiring drive from Banff. However, this lady on the check in counter behaved as if she has a problem with her job. Was curt, rude and mechanical. Ordered me to sign here, there and there... When I jokingly asked if she was not 'making me sign off all my property' in order to break the ice... She was even more curt and rude in her response! Seemed like she didn't like my accent, I guess! Then she gave me a room at the end of the corridor... far from the elevators. As I am a smoker and she had given me a non-smoking room, I came back to the reception again and requested her for a smoking room, if available. I would have to walk a long way from the end of the corridor to the elevator every time I needed to smoke, I explained. As expected, I was curtly (rather rudely) told that "smoking" rooms were not available. I then requested her to please give me a room closer to the elevators if possible. Which was also refused. Looking at her attitude, I then demanded to see the Duty Manager. To which she told me that she did not like the way I spoke!!! Hey, hey, am I the one getting paid here to be polite and welcoming here?!! To my surprise, SHE was the Duty Manager. Her nameplate said: Amanda Oberg, Duty Manager. She then walked away in the middle of our conversation and another Duty Manager stepped in, who was very co-operative and agreed to give me a room closer to the elevators. And nobody came forward to help me carry my bags to my room. And nobody returned a smile when I did come in and out after a smoke. Worst, the room keys stopped working when I came back a couple of times... surprisingly?.... or was it all orchesrtered from the reception, I wonder! Probably, the lady does not like her job... or maybe she's not used to dealing with people from other parts of the world who do not look like her. Seems like she was doing me a favour by doing what she's paid to do.

There was a faulty toilet

We liked the green areas surrounding the hotel, hotel staff respecting the privacy of customers, and the swimming pool.

Our child likes swimming but we found that the pool water was cold evening!

Very clean, comfortable and quiet, located next to the airport. Nice restaurant, reasonable prices. Would stay there again.

The facilities with in the Hotel are good.

The Hotel is located to suite travel to and from the airport, it is not very well located in regards to seeing Calgary.

Value for money. Well planned, equipped, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Always very pleased with this hotel.

Sehr günstige Lage am Flughafen für An- oder Abreise. Ruhige und großzügige Zimmer. Fitnesseinrichtung ok. Restaurant im Hotel für Frühstück und Abendessen für kanadische Hotelverhältnisse sehr gut mit günstigem Preis-/leistungsverhältnis. Kostenloses Parken selbstverständlich.
