This 1835 historic property was a former Post Office in Niagara-on-the-Lake. It is a 10-minute walk from the Shaw Festival Theatre and uniquely decorated rooms boast period designs.

We paid for extra person in the room but extra towels and coffee were not provided. I had to call and ask. I just feel this should not happen. Services should be set up per guests. Thx
it was so quit and nice
Excellent all around. Clean, convenient.
Nothing to say here.
Convenient, pleasant staff, ideal for accessing the Falls and related attractions.Excellent meal times-very flexible
Breakfast should be included in the price
We liked the full experience of our stay.We will come again.
Good comfortable rooms. Good coffee maker, microwave
Just be clear - this hotel shows as Niagara on the Lake, but in reality it is still 15K from the village of Niagara, close to the Outlet mall.
Close proximity to my destination. Very comfortable room. Excellent value for the money. Very good breakfast.
Nothing was wrong. I would definitely stay there (or other Hilton Garden Inns nation and worldwide.
Beds are very good. Very nice lobby area.
Breakfast was expensive. At these prices it should have been included. Location not very close to the town.
Hotel and staff were helpful. Hotel well maintained.
Location, too far from Niagara on the Lake. I booked three rooms two of the three were not clean. My guests were not comfortable bringing to the attention of the front desk. Staff pre-booked cab for us by Brock cabs. Cab was the dirtiest cab I have ever been in. It was gross. Driver was late and didn't know the location where we were going. Restaurant booked cab for our return trip and used a different company. Hotel staff said they would NEVER use Brock cabs as they have a reputation for consistently not being well maintained. We gave a business card for the cab company we used and strongly suggested front desk do not use Brock again.
The pillows too soft and noisy
We had requested a room with a jacuzzi. When we arrived, it was unavailable and was being repaired. We appreciated that the receptionist was upfront and honest about this. We were given another beautiful room without a jacuzzi at a substantial savings for the inconvenience, and also a free upgrade for our next visit.
We were visiting Niagara on the Lake, and the distance from the hotel was further than we expected.
Beautiful property and comfortable room
one of the waitresses
poor location being made to feel invisible by a waiter for 15 minutes while hoping to order a drink slow service when ordering noisy guests in adjoining room despite booking a premier room
Relationship to QEW not clear from your map. Overshot the hotel and arrived frazzled in the dark.
Less than adequate for the price. No where near Niagara on the lake
Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice size and very clean. Pool and hot tub was really great. We had breakfast at the hotel and the food and variety was really good. Close to the town and bike paths. All in all, a very nice stay. Would to back.
All staff, from the front desk to the houskeeping and restaurant were great. Breakfast buffet very good value. Free parking a welcome bonus compared to other Niagara area hotels. Available limo service very convenient and reasonable.
everything was just great staff, parking, clean place.
you need to get new pillows. your breakfast i think is a little expensive, should be included with the price of the room.
The rooms were comfortable and because our room was not available when we checked it, the person at the desk kept our luggage while we went to the plays at the Shaw Festival. The breakfast was mediocre. but sufficient.
I* was very upset because I am a Hilton Honors Silver card holder, and because I forgot my card in Toronto, your staff would not honour it. I expect that you will do it now! The card is under my name: Judith Carr 342494742 Member since 1999) Please confirm
The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bar, pool and housekeeping staff were excellent.
The front desk staff could use some customer service skills. Didn't find they were very welcoming on check in and confused at check out. We asked suggestions for sights to see while there for the weekend and places to stop on our way home and they were not helpful or accommodating at all.
It was my second time staying at the Hilton and it was great. It was about 10 min. to the Falls and the town of Nisgara-on-the-Lake. Comfortable bed, the room was very clean. The buffet breakfast was great! More importantly the staff were great. I also discovered that it was a stone throw away from the new Outlet Mall. The mall is just up the street from the hotel. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.
Location clean modern .
Room was not cleaned on my second day untill 5 p.m.
The girls at the desk need to take a little time with you when you check in, ask if you have the Reward card, give out a Map, give suggestions as to where you can go to see the local events, The new Mall, Perfume factory, Wineries etc, We had to figure out all of our sites, by trial & error!!
The Inn was in a great location for getting to a lot of places. Few minutes to the Falls and Lake Ontario. Very nice bar and restaurant. The staff was really friendly. Great food. It was nice to have a place to have our anniversary dinner without the crowds.
We had a pesky fly that visited us while we were eating, but it did nothing to dampen our spirits.
easy access from major highway
food quality only average
