The excessive rate for parking
Smart hotel. Huge room with great facilities and great view. No more than 10 minutes walk from railway station (providing great access, with one easy train change, to Airport), and to central city hub square.
Were given a room with door to adjacent room. Poor sound proofing with noisy adjoining guests. Many "homeless/seedy" characters hanging around the adjoining streets.
Nice room. Decent view. Close to the elevator. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. There was a comfortable couch by the window making a little sitting area. They had a good breakfast ( not included in the price). There was a continental breakfast) plus a waffle machine. They made fresh eggs and you could order them anyway you wanted with bacon or sausage or an omelette with veggies and cheese. I had poached which were perfect.
The first room they gave me stunk of tobacco. How nobody noticed is beyond me. They did give me another room which was better situated and much nicer. They could have been nicer at the front desk. I saw the same glasses sit in the front of the elevator in the hall for hours before they were picked up. The toilet paper was in a strange location not exactly next to the toilet.
It was a nice hotel.
nothing to say. may be price ?
Clean room, and comfortable.
There was no fan in the bathroom, and breakfast wasn't included in the price of the stay.
Beds, Staff, Cleanliness.
Internet speeds were slow even with My Hilton Honors login.
First time to toronto. Found it to be not so friendly with getting around the roads
good beds and very clean
not situated in a very nice part of town
Unpleasant street people, security should be all day not only at night, specially for your smoker guests.
Was within walking distance of the places we wanted to visit - staff were very helpful and accommodating.
pillows were too soft
beds and Decore
expensive parking and a lot of homeless around the hotel
Hotel was clean staff very friendly and helpful.
Our reservation was mixed up and instead of 2 queen evolution ajoining rooms we got one queen evolution room and one king suite (with a pull out couch and a terrible mattress with springs sticking into every part of me). To the hotel staff credit they did put us on same floor.
good service of front desk
Well located in the Discovery district. Comfortable & spacious, especially since I got a jaccuzzi bath upgrade. Black out blinds most welcome to help combat jet lag.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great brunch.
Shower had hair on the wall. Air conditioning/ heating was very noisy.
- Fridge + Microwave - Public parking lot with acceptable prices across the street
- No help when we arrived with car (valet parking) or luggage - Waiting for check-in ca. 10 min, although only one other customer was before us in lobby - At one day problems with fresh towels: 5 p.m. until they put fresh towels to the rooms, although room was cleaned up in the morning - Wifi slow and new activation needed every day - Why do they claim "new hilton"? The building and rooms are old. - Coffeemaker only worked 2 of 3 days
front desk wasnt the best service
Clean and conformable
Felt like we were in Canada's getto
Good comfortable hotel with friendly staff
My currency card was charged twice for the same amount and despite being told they do not know why this happened after a week and three phone calls to the hotel from Australia the money still has not been returned. I spent four weeks traveling across Canada staying in hotels booked with booking .com and this is the only problem I have had. Not very happy
It is in a great location in Toronto. We could walk everywhere. Good breakfasts.
The house keeping was a bit iffy eg. we were left without towels one day and our beverages weren't replenished. On checking out we mentioned this and with out any hesitation we were recompensed with a free breakfasts.
I locked my car key in the boot of the car on the way to the airport. Mr. Caeser went out of the way to help us and order CAA to come and open the car for us. He used his private membership to call the service and did not even charge us for his efforts. Outstanding. All other facilities met the standard expected from Hilton.
I was just not sure of the neighbourhood. The valet parking was too expensive. I parked across the road for 1/8th of the price.
The kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful, even when asking for information about the area.
The biggest shock to us was the number of people on the street immediately around the hotel asking for money. The staff at the main desk were less friendly and less helpful when asking for information. Specifically, when asking for bus or train information for getting over the boarder to Niagara Falls, rather than providing that, the staff person only offered a much more expensive taxi solution.
Great facility, great service, good location.
Paying $40 per night to park after paying over $300 per night for a room, is just way too expensive for us. We were traveling with a granddaughter so we booked a suite....still, way too pricey.
Room is very clean and spacious.I like the restaurant staff friendly, and food selection .
TV remote control and coffee maker not working . Very noisy . Valet parking lot is very expensive. I could have stayed in Trump hotel or shangrila hotel with a few extra money with excellent service , and cost .
Whirlpool was dirty Shower floor was dirty Only valet parking No complementary breakfast
