Staff were attentive, friendly and customer oriented. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Easy access to Toronto events
This hotel has a very friendly staff. The room is spacious and very clean. The location is very to many attractions. Everything is within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.
The Staff were very helpful, A great place to stay, right in the centre of the entertainment district, we will definitly return to Toronto, its a wounderful city. karl Dublin
Some kind of constant engine sound was heard at 6 a.m. One of the light bulbs in the bathroom was out and replaced after notifying the hotel. Complimentary bottled water is only offered to silver members of the Hilton Hotel Group. The receptionist refused to give me one because I am not the silver member.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful as were the maid and concierge. Room was spacious clean and tidy with AC. Good sized bathroom and toiletries supplied. Beds were comfortable with adjustment from firm to soft, whichever you prefer. Excellent location, in the entertainment part of city, with excellent restaurants and cafes within a couple of blocks, King St West and Queen St. West Also very close, within walking distance, of the main shopping (Eaton Shopping Centre) and sightseeing parts of town, Old town, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium and Shore Front.
Nothing we didn't like.
The location was perfect. It was close to a lot of attractions, and it's is in the middle of the entertainment district, making it walking distance to a number of clubs. So if you're looking to go out at night, this is the perfect place to stay. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, and the fridge and microwave are handy.
Breakfast was excellent ! The pool and hot tub was great in the moring as well.
That we got a noise complaint at 1130 pm when we returned to our room. My wife and I were only talking. The bar across the road, bass was louder then we were.
Liked the location to several Toronto attractions
The carpet in our room had several clearly visible big stains / felt carpet needed a cleaning or replacement. This is the only negative comment about our stay everything else was good !
Location is close to clubs and not far from center city. Many things and events are walking distance or not more than a ten dollar (CAD) taxi
When the clubs got out. The streets were filled with outlandish people. And due to the location the hotel entrance was surrounded by people either not knowing where they were moving to next or needing to go to the bathroom. Security was great though so you have no issues with unwanted guests... Just a bit of crowd control outside after 2am
The room was nice
I ordered a late check out and every 30 minutes starting at 7:30am i had staff knocking on the door, i had gone to bed at 4:00am so as you can imagine how terrible it was.
Location in reference to downtown sites
On Friday and Saturday night, that area of town seems to have a night life crowd that hangs out on the streets in front of the hotel.
Great stay! No complaints..
The receptionist is very nice and helpful, the breakfast is good and you can select what you like and pay based on what you selected, which is reasonable. The Chinese waiter in the restaurant is very helpful and patient, he answered me many questions, which is really helpful for a traveler. It is very close to the airport bus station, just at the corner of the street, around 15 to 20 meters. I'll stay here again if I go to Toronto next time.
Before going to Toronto, I sent several emails to this hotel to consult how I could go to their hotel from the airport, but nobody gave me any feedback. I almost canceled my reservation.
Amazing, warm, friendly staff. I witnessed a very rude woman being snarky with the front desk staff and they handled the situation with grace and kindness. Our room was amazing. They checked us in 3 hours early. Pool and hottub was nice, warm, and clean. Great stay. Amazing.
I didn't like that there was no glasses for me to have a glass of wine. There was some cups there that got really soft when the wine was it it so I was dissappointed in that.
The room itself was very clean. Bathroom, especially the shower, was very nice, after a long day of driving.
No-one outside the hotel to take the car - so not true valet parking! Hotel definitely charged as if it was, however. Also, coffee maker was not working in the hotel room....
Loved EVERYTHING about this hotel!!! The staff exchanged currency; gave maps, directions and discounts; and Tsering Palmo from housekeeping was extremely courteous, hospitable, and helpful. Parking is $40 a day and Valet takes great care of your vehicle.
My stay was not longer to enjoy the pool and other amenities.
Staff was very helpful. I requested a wine glass on our way to our room and they almost beat us there.
Fridge was non adjustable and not very cold.
Generally excellent service; Excellent location.
An uncomfortable fold-out couch; A shortage of towels (2 days)
Great city and hotel is very nice. Great location and very clean. The staffs were excellent, especially the valet and bell staff.
Nothing I can think of.
There was long black hair all over our room as if it wasn't cleaned. Hair in the sink and shower along with in the sheets. The room had no view and was above a bar which made it hard to sleep.
location close to convention centre
no water kettle in room, only coffee making machines. hot water not available in night.
receptionist at front desk was extremely welcoming when we arrived. the hotel didn't smell odd as have other hotels we've stayed at and the rooms were clean.
I thought the valet service was way over priced at $40.
The rate was priced too high for the quality of this hotel. There were several issues with communication between the hotel and booking.com. Had stayed here one year prior for about 135 a night this year the price was raised to 300 a night. This hotel was not worth 300 a night. The staff gave me issues with my rate from booking.com and when I thought I was getting a discount the hotel did not abide by it. Will not be staying in this hotel again!
Lovely spacious room. Excellent breakfast.
