The proximity to the Rogers Centre Paying $45 for valet parking and having to wait 35 minutes for the valet to retrieve my car upon check-out. Even though I had called in advance to tell them I was checking out. Not being informed that an additional cost would be charged to my credit card as a hold in case of room damages. Being told by Front Desk upon check-out that my "friend" will be leaving his car in the valet parking lot overnight. The issue is that I had no such friend, and it caused immediate concern that someone charged additional parking to my room. The Front Desk had no additional information and simply said; "He said his friend was staying in 307, which is your room." Luckily, there were no additional charges. But is it just that easy to dupe Hilton employees?

Comfortable room. The 2 black front desk staff were not warm and welcoming. There were no smiles and appeared irritated when asked questions. I had better service in 2 other hotels which were lower stars than Hilton where the front desk staff were warm and welcoming and went the extra mile.

Walking distance to all major attractions such as the CN Tower and Rogers Stadium. Great restaurants nearby and coffee shops. Also close to Chinatown, Kensington Market and theater district. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. One phone was not working and water temperature in shower fluctuated when using higher shower head.

The staff were all very friendly and offered good service NOISE from the 3-4 Disco Clubs kept us up till 4am, even on a Sunday night. This aspect of the neighborhood was way beyond our expectations in the negative.

Perfect location, everything was in walking distance. The staff always knew where to point you towards if you needed to get somewhere and they were very nice.room was clean and spacious The hidden tax, rather my price quote to include everything. It was frustrating when u see a price and you have to calculate 13% yourself

Location is excellent for shopping, nightlife and sightseeing. Staff were excellent. Well served by Airport Express bus. We had a problem with very noisy people next door early on Friday evening. Reception changed our room immediately when we complained and were extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Location is great. The hotel is small and friendly. The toilets in the bathroom were not clean. On Friday night, there is a disco downstairs and so the rooms are very noisy. I had room 906. Don't know is the other rooms are more quiet. Apparently during the week, it is more quiet.

Near downtown, 20 minutes walk from Eaton Center, 10 minutes walk from CN tower. The receptionist is really warm-kinded, points out the road and gives out maps. Stained carpet.
