The room was nice, comfortable and clean. It was in walking distance to the second city where we were seeing a show.
Our room was right by the elevator and it was extremely noisy. We got very little sleep with people coming and going all night long. Someone even broke the elevator at our floor right outside our room at 3am.
WIFI Close to CN Tower
The Hotel charges come out in three incriments for the secuirty deposit etc. A night should have cost me $158 CAD not including tax, but approx $470 CAD was held, completely blowing the travel budget for the weekend. Additionally, the hotel is in the entertainment district, so there were multiple party-goers at the hotel, who were loud in their rooms until late (approx 1 am). If you want a quiet place, and value for money stay, DO NOT STAY HERE
location , good clean room
parking charges are very high.It is their responsibility to have parking for the customers. It is not mentioned the pricey parking so the room becomes very expensive.
Absolutely nothing at all. I was sexually harassed.
Did not have a very good sleep...Found out at check out that the beds were adjustable...A card on the bed or a heads up at check in would have been a great idea...
Loved the King spa suite. Having the Jacuzzi in the room next to the bed was delightful. The mattress was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was nice. The furniture was very comfortable. Nice and quite!!
Clean. Good location.
This hotel is in a good location and it was clean, but poorly organized. I waited 10 long distance minutes on the phone with a polite but extremely slow representative in order to add my boyfriend to the reservation, as he was going to be arriving before me. I received a confirmation email. When he arrived, they rudely told him there was no record of him and I had never called, and refused to allow him to check in without paying in full for the room and calling me so I could again add him. When I asked them to instead charge the room to my credit card that I had used to make the reservation, they refused, leaving my boyfriend to pay in full, which was not our plan. Housekeeping also opened the door to the room well before the stated checkout time.
Room was clean, bathroom was very small, but also clean. Location was very good.
Breakfast was expensive; not worth the price.
Jacuzzi tub and fire place in room were nice touches. Great location near King St
Parking garage was full. Paid $40 to park overnight in outside lot at rear of hotel. Hotel parking would have been $47 anyway!
The friendly staff and the bar staff were fantastic
- Breakfast wasn't included - Reception was extremely rude
Parking attendants were superb
Customer service reps at front desk were ignorant, non responsive, and lacked initiative during checkout. Also when my driver asked if he could book a parking space for an over sized vehicle, he was denied info. In stead of being accomadating she insisted she would cancel our reservations.
I would guess the room I got had beena smoking room for tha last 50 years.....really strong smell
Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was enjoyable, facilities suited our needs.
One of the comfort mattresses was faulty and therefore your sunk into the middle of the bed. Not good for the back.
The hotel is clean and comfort.
It was very noisy outside until probably 2-3 am. Some music from the street. The parking is 40 dollars per night, which is so expensive. But it is probably the same in whole Toronto。
Location is convenient, close to entertainment place.
The cost of valet parking totalled with the room rate makes me think that its worth it to go for higher class hotel
I loved the fireplace in our room. Very cozy and romantic
I don't have a complaint
Location Sadie's Diner a few blocks away
Noisy neighbors, however they were soon sorted out by hotel staff.
All solid, clean and standart. Well situated, a stone throw away from West Queen and CN tower.
The receptionist gave us only one hour more for checkout, 1:00 pm instead of noon, well, could have been more loyal. The hotel is an avarage Hilton, still all good but too expensive for what it offers. The bar closes already at 10:00pm (!)
Location good. Walking distance to CN Tower.
Unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist. Car valeters really helpful.
Staff were attentive, friendly and customer oriented. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Easy access to Toronto events
This hotel has a very friendly staff. The room is spacious and very clean. The location is very to many attractions. Everything is within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.
The Staff were very helpful, A great place to stay, right in the centre of the entertainment district, we will definitly return to Toronto, its a wounderful city. karl Dublin
Some kind of constant engine sound was heard at 6 a.m. One of the light bulbs in the bathroom was out and replaced after notifying the hotel. Complimentary bottled water is only offered to silver members of the Hilton Hotel Group. The receptionist refused to give me one because I am not the silver member.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful as were the maid and concierge. Room was spacious clean and tidy with AC. Good sized bathroom and toiletries supplied. Beds were comfortable with adjustment from firm to soft, whichever you prefer. Excellent location, in the entertainment part of city, with excellent restaurants and cafes within a couple of blocks, King St West and Queen St. West Also very close, within walking distance, of the main shopping (Eaton Shopping Centre) and sightseeing parts of town, Old town, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium and Shore Front.
