The 20% tax on hotel rooms in the city of Montreal is obscene. The hotel was good, but for our next weekend trip we are going to use vrbo.

High quality amenities; feels new; clean I called 48 hours after check-out to request a copy of my bill. I was put on hold for 11 minutes. Then the woman insisted I did not stay there two and three days earlier. I asked her who she thought was in Room xxxx on those two nights. She asked if I'm a pilot and I said no. She put me on hold for another 4 minutes. She returned to say they would email a copy of the bill right away and she confirmed my email address; no apology, no further comment. The email never arrived. Food prices very high.
