disappointed by Hilton
Everyone was so friendly. I had young children and the game room was a blessing.
Location was perfect Friendly staff
There was band aid on the shower wall. The entire 9 nights we stayed. Gross, and I wasn't going to touch it. Hoped it would disappear each time housekeeping was in. It didn't. The free wifi was terrible. The TV would cut in and out constantly.
Location and comfort.
Canadian prices for drinks!
Great location with direct access to underground shopping/transport links, memorable outdoor heated pool (even in the snow!) great staff and facilities.
The delicious breakfast is way too expensive. $100 for a family of 4??!!!!
the beds are wonderful :) the outdoor pool was a lot of fun, even though it was december
The water flow of the shower was very poor. It took me twice asong as usual to wash my hair.
the restaurant, especially for dinner (excellent food, great athmosphere), the efficience and kindness of the staff at the reception desk, the location
we had to change room because it was not clean. I expected bathrobes and slippers to go from the bedroom to the pool
The hotel is clean, in a central location in the city and the service was excellent.
The hotel lobby area is a bit dated. Furniture and carpet appear worn and old.
Loved the Hilton and the staff was amazing. We couldn't believe the amazing breakfast! I will be definately stay at the Hilton again!!! Loved the rooftop gardens!
The pool was being cleaned and was able to enjoy heated pool.
It would be nice if staff could offer to help with luggage, even for a few steps up or down the stairs.
Price, pellows not comfortable, no late check out given for late flights, early morning docks noisy not allowing poeple to sleep, add on that the jet lag , next day of arrival after 14 house flying fire drill were actioned in the morning !
good quality linen comfortable bedroom good layout
Comfortable rooms, excellent staff, great food.
Challenge to get luggage up and down stairs from lobby to rooms.
Door service check in Room Breakfast Valet service
Bar service was slow. Never seemed to be enough staff. In a bar with only 10 guests we waited 10 minutes for service
Michel the bartender was excellent. Very professionsal yet very friendly and fun to talk to. At the end of a long day of sightseeing my friend and I looked forward to have our wine and talking to Michel. Please tell Michel that Barbara and Kathy from New Jersey say "Hi!"
Nothing much to complain about. It would have been nice to have an outdoor patio or deck to bring our own wine and cheese to in the afternoon.
The pool and rooms were excellent and the bar was well served.
The speed of service at breakfast and at lunch (poolside) was extremely poor and the food quality average and overpriced.
The location is great, the rooftop pool was nice and the staff were helpful.
Wi-Fi was spotty, over-priced breakfast.
the view from my room was very impressive even through the rain
my travelling companion had problems with the family in their next room, the staff was unwilling to move them
Location was decent, pool on the rooftop and adjacent gardens were interesting
Everything is outdated as the hotel is from the 70s and nothing was changed since, pool and gardens are closing extremely early probably because of noise people can generate and disturb the ones that sleep. You have to pay parking everytime you exit the lot, there is no daily deal offered with your stay. On top of everything they charge top dollars maybe just because they "can".
The pool is great with a very friendly staff. Facility was clean and comfortable.
Would have been nice if they had the outdoor patios open to be able to walk the grounds.
+ Good breakfast buffet + Good swimmingpool
- Hotel lobby @ arrival, no support - Old styling and finishing of hotel - Needs modernization - Room was not cleaned upon arrival - Payment for drinks at Lounge Club
Noise of the air conditioner unit
