Hilton Hotel and Suites Niagara Falls/Fallsview    

Great hotel, great location, great value.

Me and my wife showed up before check in time. The guy at the front desk was still able to check us into our room at no extra cost.

We found the shower to be kinda small.

THe fact that we can have such luxury suites this close to home for quick little getaway to recharge our batteries.

- hotel was very clean - staff was excellent - quick walk to all amenities

- had to pay extra for internet in room when most hotels now offer it for free. - does not offer continental breakfast

The bed

I felt that the internet pictures were very deceiving as we had the casino right in the middle of the view. Our room smelled like smoke so we attempted to move to the north tower which we were told was completely non-smoking and were told there wasn't any rooms available, so we were told we were given free parking and free buffet breakfast at the Watermark. I'm glad we didn't pay for the "mother's day" buffet as I would have been very upset at the quality of the food and service for the money. As for the parking, we had initially stated we were self parking, then were told that it would be comped. Upon checking out we recieved a bill that charged us $25.00 plus the parking tax for two nights so we had to waste more time at the desk getting that corrected. Overall we were not happy at all with our stay at your hotel.

I really enjoyed the veiw, and the courtsey of the front desk, for answering all my questions.

The hours of the pool, I think they should all be the same always. I also didn't like the pricing of the breakfast, a little to over priced. I didn't buy it.

Location was great close to everything. Great view from our room. Enjoyed it.

There were some renovation going on, and part of the lobby and window were a bit dirty. Parking lot a bit confusing.

Spotlessly clean and offered a smoking room which are hard to come by. Just steps from the casino where we attended a show.

elevator was noisy and dirty, halls to casino were dirty, sink stopper didn't work, toilet too close to shower stall, didn't like the glass doors that open from bathroom to bedrom, casino was too far away and underground to casino wasn't very nice

The hotel room was beautiful I loved the city view as well as the jacuzzi.

The pool and gym were closed I was not aware of renovations

I loved the view of the falls from our room.

The bed was much too soft...I had trouble sleeping in such a soft bed. They charged $8.75 for wi-fi...most places give you that for free. The self-parking is $20.00..ridiculous. The spa was closed because of construction..wish I had been told that ahead of time as I wanted a mani-pedi.

Walkway to Casino is too far for older/handicapped people.

The room and the view was fantastic over looking the falls.

From the entrance at the parking garage to the view from the room, the hotel spelled luxury. We enjoyed the Grand Buffet for breakfast and the Brazilian Steakhouse, food and service were excellent. Our room was very clean and the service staff was great, very caring and concwerned for our stay.

The view from our room of the falls and the fallsview Hotel was awsome.. The whirlpool tub was relaxing and theraputic. The king bed was so comfy we slept like babies. The location is the best. We were across from the Fallsview Casino and there was a covered walkway from our Hotel - It had rained the whole time we were in Niagra Falls and this was a definate plus for us. The staff was pleasent and helpful.

There was a defect in the shower, there was a large gap in the glass shower enclosure which resulted in water all over the bathroom floor, it looked like a poor design, there was a 3/8" gap all the way down on one side of the door where the hardware was attached.. We did complain when we left the hotel and were compensated for the inconvenience. We were informed that the room had been either newly renovated or completed...We were very satisfied with the result.

Room was very good, enough room for all and very convenient. Staff was very helpful, loved Indy (very personable). Location was great, pool was excellent. Wish we stayed onsite for breakfast, same price as offsite for a good liking buffet

Construction outside early in the am. Bathroom latch in the pocket door was broken, door kept sliding open while one was in shower and another brushing teeth.
