the suite is comfortable - has all I needed, the bed is great, Wi-Fi has good, strong signal, Sauna was THE reason I booked Hilton Airport Hotel, shuttle as very appreciated. In general - very pleasant.

Sound Isolation extremely poor. Staff were up and down the hall way, yelling and slamming the doors till 4am. Also, I love folklore, but not at 6:30 am in a main lobby.

All the addons, $18. for parking and $13. for internet.

very,very run down,shower did not drain bottom of bathroom door is rusted out, if you ever caught you toe on it your stay would be at the hospital not the hilton,first and last time for me thought I;d treat myself staying there was I wrong

The hotel free shuttle was great! You did have to ask for information as the staff did not volunteer any.

We found the bed arrangements very awkward. The $16 charge for the movie seemed excessive for a movie we could watch for free on the plane.

In and out with ease. Shuttle excellent as well. Great value through bookings.com

Not enough mirrors in room - need another in room itself.

Location to Toronto Airport

All pillows were exceptionally soft. A choice of softness to harness would be better.

Location for what I was doing worked out great, Room was very large and comfortable. 2 modern size TVs .. bedroom and sitting area. Massive work area Bathroom was a good size with a large modern shower Complimentary apple was a nice touch at check in after a day of flying.

Noise from activity in the hall..however the bed was at the other end of the room so not so bad. Parking aval at cost but not always aval as it did fill up. Food in house dinning was a bit pricey.

The wing I was staying in was very outdated and there was nobody to help with my luggage (I had 2 suitcase and 2 bags)

Room was clean and comfortable. Liked use of computers in lobby. Parking is convenient and you can leave your car.

Front desk didn't have change for a twenty. Couldn't tip the shuttle driver or get a toonie for the airport cart. Not a lot of parking space available.

Poor parking arrangement, $16 for customer parking is a big turn-off. Will stay elsewhere next time because of this.

Reception. Comfy bedroom, nice bright clean bathroom. Very good dining room.

Noisy central heating cutting in every fifteen minutes. Room 38.

The bartender/ waiter was very nice and had impecable customer service.

I did not like the layout of the double bed... It was like a a dorm room.

That they were not very friendly at the front desk. Plus I booked online and he was gonna charge me a 180 plus tax instead of my 89 plus tx. Very disappointed in them upping my price.

I love the room with the door that closes between the hall door and bathroom, and the bedroom. I loved the front desk man from Bulgaria. I love to see him, and talk with him when I visit. He was very friendly with my daughter. He is very, very kind and helpful.

I missed the chaisse longe chair in the room this time. Last time I had one between the door and the bed. This time I had only a chair and it was just not the same. Your room is the best designed room I have seen in the 100 hotels I have stayed in.

The in-house restaurant prices. average wine mark-up was 400% and a simple pizza margarita (tomato sauce, cheese & basil) was over $20!!! After just arriving from Italy, this was particularly offensive. Offering an $11 bottle of wine (retail store price) for $52 is beyond gouging in a country where restaurant wine prices are generally double their retail shelf cost and selling any food with 10% ingredient costs is highway robbery. I guess they're trying not to encourage the guests to dine in?

Luxury bed. Clean room. Good space. Decent bathroom.

The design and layout.

The first key I tried did not work and I was very tired and unhappy that I had to go get another key when I just wanted to lay down in bed.

The fact that they charge $125 a night security deposit that I was not informed about when booking or at check-in. The location was not near the bus station or within walking distance to any restaurants.

Very convenient, good shuttle service, attractively furnished and well-maintained, clean room. Helpful staff.

Wakeup call service didn't work! I set a time myself via the in-room telephone and also asked the front desk to set a wakeup call for me (for a few minutes later -- just to be sure) and neither call materialized! Fortunately I woke up anyway, but this could have meant a missed flight.
