Staff were very helpful and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Exellent location and facilities.

Tub in bathroom had paint peeling off. Noise from the street was more noticeable than I liked.

Parking not available or close by for our truck. We had to walk three blocks in the cold weather. We had to pay 50.00 for an open lot. Was difficult to get to the truck easily and safely at night or early morning hours with a child.Homeless sleeping by parking. Could hotel remunerate some of fee to be comparable to hotel parking fee(contact with parking lot)

Located close to the harbour front, shopping, good restaurants and theatre district

The hotel lobby looked impressive and set expectations very high. The check in process was fast and easy. We loved the elevator with a view. The indoor/outdoor pool was great as was the sauna and locker room. The room was nice as well with nice finishes (wood, granite counters, tile, etc). It was very convenient to have a fridge. The absolute highlight for my girls was the breakfast though. That was probably the best buffet they have every had. And the restaurant service was very attentive and helpful as well.

Wood furniture looked a little worn both in the bedroom and the bathroom. 2 Double beds instead of queens (though this was probably stated in the description). Bathroom looked a little worn too: large crack in the bathroom sink, that I repeatedly mistook for hair(!) Fridge looked as if it hadn't been wiped out beforehand. Breakfast would have been overpriced were it not included in the price of our room.

i didnt like nothing

the staff was very onorganized, i booked two rooms and i got one after 3 pm in the afternoon on sat feb 23 and the second room was given to me at 1 o clokc at night the next day and i paid on my credit card it was very un reasonable and not professional at all. I went to hilton toronto for a gopod stay but iu would never go back unless they give me free accomadations other than that hilton is scratched off my list very unprofessional stay

They upgraded our room to a suite, only becasue at 8:30pm they still didn't even have our room ready.

We weren't given a room until 8:30pm which made us late arriving to our venue. Since we didn't make it to our venue on time it made the person holding our free passes to give them to someone else. They upgraded our room to a suite except didn't tell us there was only one king size bed in the room instead of two double beds which we requested so we didnt have to share a bed. They gave me the check out slip with the correct amount but charged my credit card an extra $40. I called to follow up about over charging me, the man answered the phone with his name, not saying anything about calling Hilton then proceeded with the call rudely and said he will call me back about the charges in atleast a couple hours yet I still haven't heard from him. So far the worst Hotel experience I have ever had!

room, dinner menue selection, the top floor executive lounge selection is poor, no SP and the pool is small and very uninviting.

I loved the modern feel of the hotel overall. Our room was cozy (just the right size) and we had a terrific view. The location was also awesome and we didn't have to drive anywhere (for meals, entertainment etc.). Check-in staff were polite and helpful as well. I'd definitely go back.

We had "basic amenities" however the bed was very comfortable, room was clean the pool and workout facilities were excellent. For our purpose the location was perfect.

booked Jr Suite which is near/next to elevators and these can be heard thru the vents going up and down the elevator shafts. i was quickly moved to an alternate room. however noisy guests in 1 room disturbed whole floor til 2-3am. hotel room is one place you should be able to get a good night sleep . Security did address it but guests did not seem phased

Tramping around several floors looking for ice. No fridge in room.

I had booked a king size bed but was given the double bed, so after going all the way to my room had to go back to the front desk to get the problem corrected. This shouldn't have happened at Hilton!!!!!

The location and the fact it has a great steak restaurant on the premises.

The fact that there were no smoking rooms despite the fact it is referred to as a possibility in your web site and also the in room literature.
