I loved how easy and intimate to your needs the actual online reservation was! they seem to care to fulfill your needs.... the checking in was nice and simple and the parking was inexpensive and easily located. Very clean is a very important aspect, not only the rooms but hallways and lobby.
Not really anything I didn't like.....for the money it was very reasonalble and a beautiful stay! if I was to stay again would love to have a king/Jacuzzi suite....I would and will be recommending to many friends! Thank you!!!!! :)
Wifi should be complimentary
The quality of your front staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay.
The lounge was closed Saturday. Secondly at 11:55 we were swimming along with approximately 20 other people when the security guard who must have worked at a prison threw everyone out of the pool. " alright out. Get out of the pool now! " never have I been treated that way. If I didn't have my children that night would have gone in a different direction Shanel apologized for the rude man and encourage us to stay another night and we had a great time. Thank you Shanel
Clean modern room.
Excellent location Comfortable beds Starbucks downstairs
Very poor value for money: -No Wi-Fi -No breakfast
Ruth Chris Restuarant: Poor service Bad food Way over priced, 4 people was over 400. For Keg Restuarant food that would cost $200
Room was large. The bed was very comfortable and spacious.
There was a burnt out blunt in the hallway as I was walking to my room. The carpet was filthy. Bathtub had a grimy residue. The room also smelt like cigarettes.
Loved everything from the staff to the rooms! Great value
The Hilton was well appointed with newly renovated spacious rooms, well trained staff, good workout and pool facilities, restaurants, full-sized Starbucks, and linked in to The Path (the underground pedway). We were attending an event at TIFF's building in the theater district and found this to be very convenient. Beautiful views, and great valet service were bonuses.
Nice view with a high floor
Giant bedroom, great bed, nice location, nice view from the bedroom
I stayed in the bedroom next to the elevators. Could hear them the whole night going up and down
coffee maker, poor supply of tea
Hassle free check in and out !
Cost of eating in hotel
The view of the City, the convenience of walking distance from all entertaining in downtown Toronto.(Restaurants, Malls, City Hall and more.
Breakfast Location Staff And the bed
You had to pay $14.95 for the WiFi. I had to call down at 8:01am for them to stop the construction in the room either beside me or above me.
Hammering woke us up in the morning. It was as if work was being done near our room.
The hotel lobby is nice, scenic elevator is cool. The room was nice and the shower was a good upgrade. I noticed they also included a new flat screen tv that was a decent size. 42 inch I think and the picture quality was good.
The parking is always a nightmare. We arrived around 4:30pm and the valet parking was terrible so we used the public underground parking which is always a rip off. There wasn't a close electrical outlet for the iron so we used the one that was built into the tv stand which was inconvenient. The ceiling in most of these types of hotels always needs work and cleaning. The coffee maker that they provide is terrible along with the brutal coffee included so we went to starbucks which is located in the lobby area. There isn't an indoor pool on the grounds and you need to go to another gym to have access to an indoor pool which is brutal. We asked room service to bring up two wine glasses and they charged us for the glasses even though you don't get to keep them which is a money grab.
The hotel was great. The staff , the room. The veiw from my room was amazing we saw the whole show from our room. New Years festivities !!! It was awesome. We had a great time at the hotel.
My fridge wasn't really working well. & we were missing a glass cup in our room. Besides that our stay was excellent .
Location, room size, beds.
Could hear noises from other rooms.
We were happy to be upgraded to a larger suite when I mentioned that it was my wife's birthday. The staff were exelent and the buffet breakfeast was wonderful and would recommend the hilton for sure!
I made some requests to have some wine waiting In room but this service was not available.
I'm a young woman away for a night with my boyfriend to see the ballet and The bartender at the hotel called me ugly
Our stay was wonderful. The check in was easy, staff was pleasant, the room was ready for us on arrival. The bed was very comfortable. We all loved the outdoor experience your pool provided. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Crib was excellent
Big bedrooms, beautiful view on Toronto from the bedroom.
I stayed in the first bedroom of the corridor, the closest to the elevators. I could hear them going up and down, a bit annoying :(
