Staff friendly, helpful. Location. Parking, Unfortunately had to leave earlier than planned. I would definitely return.
Shower was not cleaned very well. Remnants of the prior female guest!!
Large and comfortable rooms with a good lay out.
Great location, comfortable
Wifi in rooms was not free. this should really be standard in a hotel of the Hilton's quality
Great location in downtown Toronto Good Hotel facilities swimming pool and scenic lift. Breakfast buffet was excellent sets you up for a days sightseeing . Staff were helpful and always on hand.
While the rooms were always kept clean some of the corridors and lifts and lobby areas were well below levels of cleanliness you would expect in a hotel of this status. Toronto is a lively city which attracts lots of young people at the weekends, between 2.30am-3.00am on both nights we stayed noisy intoxicated people returned to the hotel disturbing our nights sleep.
The 'corner suite' on the executive floor was large.
Poor swimming pool Room rather dark , but sparsely furnished. I even had to ask why there was no full length mirror, to which the response was to bring one up to the room and lean it against the wall! Full marks for trying, but why hadn't this been dealt with earlier. Exec lounge not open Friday evenings or at all at the weekends, which is in contrast to the policy of other chains. Though it is worth noting that continental breakfast is supplied at the weekend.
Stayed here prior to a tour and even though there was a booking mix up they looked after us. Very professional.
Whilst the breakfast was very good a bit expensive.
Everything. Location, Facilities, bar, lunches, staff, reception, maids etc etc...
Club flooor breakfast was poor compared to main breakfast in main restaurant.
Slow to answer guest service phone
Room only had a bed no chair except a computer chair
We had total raves about the hotel and staff until night seven.
The hotel allowed a large group of young people to take over our 23rd floor. I called security twice with only minimal results. There was significant noise all night. Unacceptable for this quality hotel. If group of college aged students are allowed then they should not be mixed in with the mature guests. We should get our money back for this terrible sleepless night.
Excellent reception staff, great beds, location was prime.
cost to park
Lovely large rooms.Very comfortable bed.Great location.Starbucks.
Breakfast at a Tundra was very expensive.Had it once as a treat. In fairness the choice of items available was good.
Ì like the renovated room. Perfect location to where I need to be at. Check-in staff was very pleasant and helpful
Perfect staff. All of them but specially the lady in the desk at our check-in
Windows are fixed. Air conditions were ok of course, but it is just a personal feeling that I sometimes need to open a window for fresh air.
The noise from renovation. The breakfast lounge in the package was ceased for some reasons but I was not informed to go any other place for my breakfast until I went to the reception counter to ask for it. The services I experienced this time did not worth the price I paid for it.
Great location. helpfull staff, clean!
The 'free wi fi' never and I mean for the whole 5 days, never worked, at all, ruined the stay
No wifi in the room dufficult when u r speaker in conferance
The breakfast included all sort of bread, what is very rare in Canada.
I liked that it was a convenient location, clean, and very friendly service! I definitely recommend staying here.
I didn't like that the gift shop was over priced considering there is a rexall pharmacy across the street with good prices on essentials
We had an amazing view! Clean hotel room and very helpful staff
My daughter and I were attending TIFF the location was perfect for walking everywhere we needed to go. Staff were very helpful and the room very comfortable, just expensive!
The cost was high, especially for a room service hamburger and fries $44.00!!
Great pool and pool area. Very nice bar. Great staff at check-in and check-out
A bit pricy this time, probably because it is during TIFF.
room, junior suite was fabulous! lobby bar and surrounding area very nice and comfy
the long line for check in the price for wifi
