Score from 749 reviews Excellent
great city hotel, scenic elevator is a highlight
bathrooms need an update
Great service and clean
Room was very spacious.
Shower was too small in size.
Location was excellent and the room was very comfortable.
front desk stated that requests through Bookings are not seen by hotel staff so my requests for no feather pillows or duvet was not followed. Couldn't sleep after waking with breathing problems because of feather allergy.
Very courteous and friendly staff.
Automatic gratuity on room service!
We enjoyed everything we will for sure come back soon
The room was fantastic along with the view. Front desk was a delight do deal with. The outdoor pool at night was a blast with all the city lights. Just stay low and you will be fine.
The weather. ?
Great rate for a Saturday Night in downtown Toronto. Convenient location to the ACC and other points of interest!
Pillows gave me a wicked headache!
Location was excellent for our needs. Staff was very helpful. Pool was perfect both sides inside and outside. I used both.
Pillows flatten too quickly for my liking. made it difficult for me to sleep soundly.
Internet inaccessible with a computer. Tech assistance required to access each website. Requested "Smoking permitted", room. N/A Bar-Frig did not chill water bottles.
The bedroom was a nice size and the shower/bathroom was perfect.
No working hairdryer in the Leisure Suite and also no instructions available on how to work the lockers.
Can't beat the location, comfy, clean rooms, with a big-city view (offices) + friendly staff.
It's a little weird. During the day, lots of business travelers and vacationing Americans, but at night, what seems to be a constant stream of party girls files in and out of the elevators with men who can only be described as...companions.
Room size good
Bath tub dingy and rusted pillows not hypo allergenic - not firm enough
Staff friendly, helpful. Location. Parking, Unfortunately had to leave earlier than planned. I would definitely return.
Shower was not cleaned very well. Remnants of the prior female guest!!
Large and comfortable rooms with a good lay out.
Great location, comfortable
Wifi in rooms was not free. this should really be standard in a hotel of the Hilton's quality
Great location in downtown Toronto Good Hotel facilities swimming pool and scenic lift. Breakfast buffet was excellent sets you up for a days sightseeing . Staff were helpful and always on hand.
While the rooms were always kept clean some of the corridors and lifts and lobby areas were well below levels of cleanliness you would expect in a hotel of this status. Toronto is a lively city which attracts lots of young people at the weekends, between 2.30am-3.00am on both nights we stayed noisy intoxicated people returned to the hotel disturbing our nights sleep.
The 'corner suite' on the executive floor was large.
Poor swimming pool Room rather dark , but sparsely furnished. I even had to ask why there was no full length mirror, to which the response was to bring one up to the room and lean it against the wall! Full marks for trying, but why hadn't this been dealt with earlier. Exec lounge not open Friday evenings or at all at the weekends, which is in contrast to the policy of other chains. Though it is worth noting that continental breakfast is supplied at the weekend.
Stayed here prior to a tour and even though there was a booking mix up they looked after us. Very professional.
Whilst the breakfast was very good a bit expensive.
Everything. Location, Facilities, bar, lunches, staff, reception, maids etc etc...
Club flooor breakfast was poor compared to main breakfast in main restaurant.
Slow to answer guest service phone
Room only had a bed no chair except a computer chair
We had total raves about the hotel and staff until night seven.
The hotel allowed a large group of young people to take over our 23rd floor. I called security twice with only minimal results. There was significant noise all night. Unacceptable for this quality hotel. If group of college aged students are allowed then they should not be mixed in with the mature guests. We should get our money back for this terrible sleepless night.
