Fantastic location in very clean Generally modern rooms, the bar facilities were good especially if you enjoy sport, employees were willing to help and knew the area perfectly, good to have the option if cooking facilities in the room if you didn't want to pay for a meal The heating and cooling system in the room was a little outdated and noisy

Very good location only a 5 minute walk to the base of Whistler mountain and in the heart of the Whistler Village. Staff were friendly and courteous. Room furnishings and finish is basic but comfortable. The common areas are generally in good condition. Overall, this is a good hotel in a great location and relatively good value for the money. The outdoor and indoor jacuzzi as well as the sauna could take an upgrade and are not in my opinion in par with a place that touts itself as a "Resort & Spa". Enlarging the outdoor jacuzzi would be a good starting point. The pots and pans provided in the rooms are very basic and minimalist.

I can't believe all the noise from next door and outside. I was looking for a bottle of water for 1 hour. The spa had a poor water jets. I will never go to in any other Hilton Hotel. I recommend other cozy hotel which are worry for their customers and supply good services.

check in staff were great. Bike check in was effisiant Bike check in was efficient knowledgeable and friendly. Was allowed to check in @ 12:30 I will recommend this hotel to friends Didn't enjoy the note under the door asking for 40 bucks to check out at 4:00 because of that we went for breakfast in town. We cut our bike ride short and checked out at 11:30 Next time we will confirm check in and out times before we commit to a hotel. We like to check in around 1 and check out at 1 the next day and will make sure I know the cost of this up front.

We enjoyed the room and everything that it had to offer was great! However, the fact that we accidentally 'left' an item behind when we checked out and have not been successful in retrieving same, has left us with a 'bad taste' about our Hilton experience! We realize and understand that it was our fault by leaving personal belongings behind in the room. However, we are disappointed that the effort by the Concierge and /or management staff has has not been satisfactory and we would be inclined to not use a Hilton facility in the future!

Staff was lovely and accommodating, very knowledgeable of the area. Having to pay $27. 00 for parking, after a $200. room rate was not well received. How many guests I wonder take the bus up to this "destination" spot?? Hide it in the room rate, even if it means increasing it. The seperate cost just nickel and dimes the whole resort experience!!! Not impressed.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The 24 hr gym was a plus and fully equiped. Quiet rooms. Very convenient to the village centre. It would be great if the pool could be open til 11 or 12pm. Parking is so expensive!

Great location, closest hotel to Whistler Village ski lifts. Had booking agencies for adventure sports and ski equipment rentals in the hotel as well as a popular restaurant and bar. The hot tub was too small for a hotel this size.

The automatic upgrade because I am a Hilton Honors gold member. Free internet with good speed everywhere. Small bathroom. Elevator broken for 3 days.

l`hotel est très bien situé dans le village et tout près de la gondole.Pour un skieur, le Hilton est idéal. le buffet est très bien et le service est excellent. le système de chauffage n`est pas très efficace. Il est difficile de controler la température de la chambre.
