The jacuzzi in the room was amazing, big room and king size bed. Free coffee in the room. No courtains or blinds on windows |

The location is very ideal and near everywhere you want to go. Hotel staff are friendly and you can get many information at the lobby. The facilities in the room are a little bit old. |

I enjoyed the great staff, they were really helpful when we were trying to find other stores that are not located close to the hotel. I also enjoyed how close we were to all the attractions. The bath was really tacky, it was a very ugly red....and we had brought food and there was no fridge, so our food went bad! |

Good quality, reliable acommodation at a reasonable price, well positioned for the town and Falls. Breakfast facilities within the hotel would improve the service. |

The hotel was basic, but clean and had useful amenities like a hair dryer, safe and ironing board. The location was good, the price was fair and the staff were friendly. |

It was right in the heart of Niagara Falls attractions. A five minute walk to Clifton Hill and another ten minutes to the falls. The hotel was great, good value for the area and very clean. The lady at the attractions booth was very nice and helpful. $40 for breakfast for two at Denny's next door was very pricey, but good food. Minor things were that the weather channel did not give the Niagara Falls forcast so you could not plan your next day. Not that we watched it much, but the television was old and grainy. |

We have stayed at hojo on our prior visits to the falls and always come back. The staff is amazing, in particular Karey that has booked us in on two occasions. Meeting the staff in the hallways or elevators was a pleasant greet and "enjoy your day", that was nice.. We will return. For the choice of room we had chosen there was no balcony option which was bit of a downer. We had sitting area, heart shaped tub, sauna, king size bed. The balcony would have just completed it. |

In central place, price ok for group of 50 persons with 22 children. Efficient and friendly staff, parking place for our buss, warm jacuzzi. "Sauna" should have been warm. It was only 35 C, ought to be at least 80 centigrades. Proposal: New timer for 4 hours, not 30 minutes as it was now, and thermostate 80-90 Celcius. Take with your own food and drinks to Niagara and buy postcards elsewere, this is (nice big) tourist trap. |

Location was great. It is right in the middle of all the Clifton Hill restaurants and tourist stuff. Room was clean and the beds were comfy. There was a fee for parking that I did not see mentioned in the details. Also, the fine print did not state that there was an extra charge for guests if there were more than 2 people staying in the room (only that there was a charge for extra beds e.g. a cot). We had 4 people and were charged and extra $10/person ($20 total). |

There was too much noise during the night not to say screaming and running in the hall way outside our room in 3 a.m. I woke up and couldn’t fall asleep until the morning. The hotel guests were too much young people out of control. |
