Rooms are comfortable. Staff is kind and helpful. There are buses right in front of the hotel to go downtown. The rooms are not very clean... |

It was clean and safe for the area that it is located. Underground parking in this area of town would be an asset and there wasn't any secure parking. This is a budget type hotel and the facilities available are typical for a 2 star type hotel. There is street noise from traffic, but if you close the windows, there is no noise at all. Air conditioning worked. I had no problem staying there and no bed bugs! Lack of secure parking |

staff for check-in and calls to front desk were not very helpful or efficient. however the night clerk let us into the parking garage after-hours, and i know he didn't have to so that was great. |

The staff was the no. 1 attraction of the hotel. I had a very bad case of the flu while staying there and the lady on duty that evening went far-and-away to help me - with extra pillows, checking on me, and even helping me get juice from the vending machine. The bed was pretty comfortable also. I hated the smell of my floor - the 7th - and since it is one of the floors not yet renovated I thought that might have something to do with it. My room was so small i was glad I was there alone. The sink in my bathroom was cracked and seemed to be leaking some kind of gross fluid. and lastly- I know this may be such a small thing (but a big one to someone with mobility problems)why are the vending machines and ice machines on different floors? |

The room is rather small but if you are not planning to stay in the hotel for long and just for changing clothes and sleeping, it is a good place to stay. |

La posizione All'interno dell'edificio dell'hotel ci sono diversi locali notturni. Uno in particolare fa musica dal vivo fino a notte fonda e, praticamente, e` impossibile dormire (a meno di trovarsi al settimo piano!). Il motivo e` che la struttura dell'edificio e` tale da non isolare i rumori. |

Heb maar voor 1 nacht geboekt vanwege een uitwijk in Vancouver, maar het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en professioneel. Verder geen andere ervaringen. |

Im internet sehr viel besser dargestellt als in wirklichkeit - Standard-Motel-Qualität an einer vielbefahrenen, mehrspurigen Strasse. Frühstücks gab es garnicht, weil der Raum gerade renoviert wurde. Muffige, altmodische Zimmereinrichtung mit winzigen Bädern. |

Ich habe nur eine Nacht dort verbracht und dann Buchung im Sunset vorgenommen. Grund war s.o. und der Standort direkt an einer großen Kreuzung - sehr laut von allen Seiten - schlechte Lage, zu weit weg von downtown - kein geeignetes Umfeld, um abends rauszugehen |
