the resturant was very good. convieniently located if going a concert at the commodore or vogue. and nice and close to a Tim Hortons! The construction outside the front door was a bit annoying and the amount of peep shows and strip clubs around was gross, but other than that it served our purpose and was nice and close to where we needed to go that night. |

The staff was really nice and they try to please me as much as they could! They were available 24h and always smiling! in our first room the TV didnt work and there was a problem with the hot water. But after telling the front desk, they change us room and it was fine. They put us in front (Granville Street) and if you open the window, the street was noisy... |

Its location, very central and everything within walking distance, rooms were clean. Would have liked more than one coffee sachet in the room. |

Good location for Donwtown centre. Accomodating staff who were very helpful. Surrounding area was a bit run down which may put off some people. There seemed to be a lot of people loitering outside who had nothing to do with the hotel or bar. I could sse this possibly intimidating some people trying to enter the hotel. |

There was not an option to book 4 ppl per room over the internet, so I added this info on the comments on the bottom. None of the reservation staff read this and said I had booked incorrectly and added a $60 charge. Also, there was very limited parking which I could not reserve. I had to pay an extra $32 for parking and the rest of my party had to park on the street as advised by the hotel staff. One of them ended up getting towed to the tune of $72. |

Closeness to the city and central to activities we were interested in. Appearance was tired and rundown. Lifts were rather antiquated. Rooms were very noisy and decore dated. |

The room was clean I did not like the front desk staff. They didn't ask if I needed internet services while checking in like they did with other guests. When I called for a wireless password I was told to come down to get it. I requested a quiet room but got one with construction noises. I complained about the noises all the front desk said was "sorry" |

The location of the hotel. The room was also clean. It was really very noisy. There was a bar located practically under my room and it made for difficult sleeping. |
