Edmonton Hotel & Convention Centre    

The room was excellent, the towels was so good, the bed confortable, the pool amazing and the restaurant food excellent too.

I would like other location, the restaurant close early and you don,t have other place to go, because only industries are close, any restaurant or pop.

Awesome man at front desk, very courteous. Had trouble with bathtub not draining, someone came immediately to fix. Lobby and rooms are impressive looking, very modern and luxurious. Free breakfast was amazing.

While using pool and hot tub, saw a little mouse coming to take a drink off floor around pool. Some mouse droppings there. Door to service room adjoining ballroom was propped open so one could see garbage and empty bottles being stored until taken out, hence the mouse! Probably not a good thing for guests to see.

Beds were incredibly comfortable. Great greeting at 12 midnight for check-in(no hassle). Loved the proximity to various venues in Edmonton.

Shower was poorly put together. Glue on seams of surround were fading. Roads to/from center are extremely in need of repair-many potholes.

Actually the young men at front counter were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good as well. Bacon was overcooked but still good.

Location in industrial park, when checked in I asked if u had special rates for wcb employess. She said yes but did not give me. Felt like it wasto much trouble to accomodate.we also booked king size smoking and when we arrived our room was given away even we had booking info right there with us.iwas told on phone we get 20 percent discount. Never got it. Room was a little small for two people with 2 queen beds in small room with nowhereto sit eexcept on bed as chair at desk was not for sitting and relaxing. Staff very friendly, hallways clean and breakfast very good. Bedrooms need, clean and smell fresh.

Matress was sagging. Needs to be replaced.

Renovations quite nice. Staff friendly, food was pretty good.

Long hallway to outdoors with no connecting sidewalk outside. all tied off and closed. only front door open, walks not shoveled in snow. I realize that the property is still in transition with renovations but simple things like this go a long way with customer service.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The facility was neat and tidy always and very clean. The rooms are very well kept and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always super to have. I would definitely tell our friends to stay at your hotel rather than anywhere else.

Nice room, good price, nice pool area for a family

Poorly managed. The breakfast buffet .( People had to bus their own tables, it was a nightmare. ) Our family was run out of the pool , thanks to about 50 people in their street clothes including shoes took over the pool with no warning. Very disappointed.

Quiet, beds were comfortable, Great breakfast buffet, reasonable price.

I prefer to stay on west end of Edmonton.

The breakfast in the same restaurant was ok.

The family restaurant, the service was unacceptable! The meals came cold, the kids meal came after the adult meal, one meal was forgotten! They had the meals done, but the salad was not, so they left the done meals standing there until the salad was done!!!! The waitress did not know the contend from the menu, we had to show her and she did not know! And the waitress had attitude, in the beginning and later as she did not receive a tip! Than the pool was cold,(it said heated pool) it was not heated. The air flow in the smoker room was terrible, no ventilation! And the beds where not comfortable, sleeping in a big hole. The all over experience was between poor and fair.

Beds were comfortable, room was attractive and clean.

The Burgandy Cafe dinner was cold, took 1 hour 10 minutes to get our food and the server was not attentive. We have small children so this was very painful.

I was disturbed awake every morning by cleaning staff talking loadly to each other as they were cleaning several rooms apart.

I really enjoyed the luxurious nature of the room for the price of the stay. The breakfast was beyond expectation as well.

I did not enjoy the pool as the floor around the pool was extremely slippery and my 5 year old and 4 year old children kept wiping out even while walking slowly and the pool was not geared towards younger children who cannot swim all that well and didn't have life jackets on or water wings or any flotation devices and the pool was filled with the older kids literally pushing the younger children around into the deeper end while goofing off and it was pretty dangerous and both of my children were injured while in the pool by the inconsiderate older kids who literally told a 4 and 5 year old to get out. The parents of the older children seemed to think it was the right of the older kids to tell my children to get out of thier way. As well the breakfast area and the hallways were filled with those older children running around like it was a play area and literally ran over my 4 year old while stampeding down the hallways as a huge group. I understand that the behaviour of other people's children is not the responsibility of the hotel but when hockey teams are staying at the hotel the hotel could put some rules in place so the hockey team children don't disturb the rest of the hotel guests and literally injure small children.

On the other side of Edmonton, away from shopping, cultural areas but we did our shopping & museum visit before and the day after our stay

The Hotel staff were friendly and the hotel ammenities were great.

The hotel is situated in a location away from highlighted areas, however shopping areas are close.

Staff was awesome, friendly and very helpful. Restaurant serves very nice food! Location is perfect, when you don't want to stay downtown!

The staff were so friendly! And the breakfast Included was an entire buffet, that was awesome!! Beautiful place and decorated so nice for Christmas!

Your hotel is very clean and staff is friendly.

When I booked, I asked for a smoking room and it was booked. I think I was bumped and I was'nt happy about that!

The king size bed was REALLY comfortable with great pillows too.

Long drive for us coming from west of Edmonton.
