Staff was very friendly and even went so far as to mail me a pair of shoes that I had left in the room.
The only negative was that they started working in the room above us at 7 in the morning. Renovations I guess, but that was the only drawback.
The location of this hotel is good as it is closed to cabriolet and to Mirror Lake. There is a nice large heated swimming pool outside. I liked the outside spa also there was too much chlorine and this was not good for the skin. The sauna was good but no clock inside to measure the optimum time to stay. The included breakfast was good. The TV had large flat screen. The WIFI internet was good.
The room on the 4th floor was not worth for the money paid as it looked poor, used old carpet, small bathroom, no balcony and the so called queen bed was just a double with very old and used covers. If you opened the wardrobe door you could not enter the bathroom; the space for the kitchen purpose was extremely small; the nice large flat screen TV was covering 3/4 of a mirror behind; when you opened the door you sow first the the TV and the bed not the wardrobe and the bathroom. I could not control the heat as even if I pressed the low heat button it was very high and not constant but too hot. There was another door inside this room which went to another apartment at the 3rd floor.
The location was in a great place right in the village and close to restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The fridge in the room was quite noisy and although the room appeared clean, we noticed dust on the lamps and baseboards. We also noticed that the floor in the bathroom was not swept. The bathroom door hinges were loose which made the door hard to close, but it was repaired immediately after we reported it. There was a lot of noise from the upper floors as they were doing renovations. The beds were not the most comfortable.
Village has lots to offer, no need to travel
Healthy variety of breakfast food for athletes & their families at times needed. Quiet loved the suite- staff prepared & helpful - perfect location
Great value for money in this resort.was a delight being able to eat in our room after eating in restraunts foe 3 weeks
Some of the furnishings were a little tired
The room was clean and had all the amenities. We had a kitchenette which was fully equipped. The hotel was quiet, which was nice, but may have been because of the time of year we were there. The staff was very accommodating.
We stayed 2 nights and opted not to have cleaning done during our stay with a $5/night refund. When we checked out, the discount was not applied (which I noticed after we left). It was up to us to inform front desk (I guess). We did leave a tip inside the room.
I liked where the hotel was situated, at the base of the village. Close to the restaurants.
The decor was dated and smelled a little musty but t's under renovation so that will change.
Great location. Bonus = Continental breakfast was included.
We didn't have a balcony or patio which we would ask for next time.
Excellent location in the Village of Tremblay
Toilet, refridgerator and ventilation was very noisy!
Location, breakfast, wifi
Small kitchen without stove, pool was closed during week
Coffee maker, large enough room, a good working television.
The fridge was not connected. Small pillows.
Kitchen utensils not enough. .. and also requested village view and 2 double beds but got one instead.
The suite we stayed in was surprisingly BEAUTIFUL! It was quiet on the pool side and nothing short of spacious and luxurious. I can't wait to return!
Thin walls on the 4th floor made our very loud and inconsiderate neighbours excessively audible, but it had nothing to do with the hotel, it had to do with them yelling in the hallway at all hours.
It was close to all activities. Clean and friendly staff. When we arrived, everything was ready.
Big rooms, Full Kitchen, right in the village, such a good location. Nice pool and hot water tub, free passes for unlimited gandola access and access to the beach club which itself is expensive if you have to buy it yourself.
everything was good. Difficult to say any negatives. They even provided continental breakfast which itself is a plus. If I have to say what could have been better is a bit more variety like scrambled eggs in breakfast. Bust this is still not a big deal in front of the thousand good things this hotel had to offer.
breakfast was good but busy not enough tables
Bed was too small and not comfortable elevator broke down while we were in it However we got out quickly when it went into the basement Staff was helpful when we told them
Had breakfast option, pool and bathtub nearby, close to all restaurants, shops and attractions. The hotel is quiet and the staff is polite.
The breakfast room was small, some people ended up eating in their rooms. There was no space for people to hang out (no games room).
location underground parking pool
the breakfast could have been a little bit better... croissants, muffins, & more fresh fruit would have been nice. the pool needs a little attention.
The location was great. I liked the free gondola pass to the top of the mountain.
The breakfast was a little disappointing. There was also nowhere to sit when it was busy. The elevators could use an update.
Air Circulating, view, full kitchen, TV quality
Shampoo and Soap, more towel required
Complimentary breakfast, beach and gondola access, excellent location, decent tv, Keurig coffee in room.
Friends paid half the price for a better room
CLose to Ironman transition.
A bit overpriced with all the taxes imposed on Bookings.com rate.
Location, included breakfast, underground garage
Rooms were dated
