The room was nice and clean . The bathroom too Breakfast very disappointing.No service,help yourself !. Plastic cutlery ,everything disposable so bad for the environment. Not what you expect to start your day in a nice hotel.

I was upgraded to the Jacuzzi Suite! Omg. King size bed, Jacuzzii tub in the suite. Shower, awesome large space. Fireplace... What can I say? The free Breakfast could have been better.

Lo cation is first. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and reasonably priced. The breakfast is okay too Everything was great this time except the room was quite warm

Room was very spacious, clean. The breakfast offered was very good - nice selections of food and beverage choices and as I was travelling with my teenage son to a sports camp, having the breakfast included was a great bonus! Location was excellent - easy to get to with variety of restaurants close by. The staff was helpful and friendly too. Thanks for a great stay - would definitely book at this hotel again.

We don't like the condition of the bath towels. They gave us tattered, ripped towels that should have been thrown out in the garbage. We ourselves would never use such a poor condition towel, how could Holiday Inn express still use those crappy towels ??? This is for your other customers benefit as well.

Quiet, clean, great breakfast, nice surroundings and friendly room staff Front staff not friendly,hard to understand their english, lack of good english and gave little help when requested. hire staff with canadian training

It was easy to find; right off the main highway; the new look and colors makes it easy to spot; convenient to an excellent restaurant which we enjoyed; great beds and clean, new room. Thanks! Nothing, really; it was an enjoyable evening and quiet night.

The location of the hotel was great, we were close to many restaurants, and shoppping centers. The area was also very nice. The kids enjoyed the waterslide, but the pool was a little small. If there was any other people in the pool besides our group, it became a little crowded and uncomfortable.
