The welcoming staff Could not close the thick decretive curtains in the room to block out the parking lot lamps to get a goodnight sleep.

Friendly service by the reception desk staff . Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast menu was excellent! List of restaurants in the binder needs to be update to include additional choices. Water pressure in the shower was too strong.

Staff was great, almost everything was great. Too bad windows don't open. Kitchenette did not come with pepper, salt, or paper towels. That is a bit ridiculous. Kitchenette should have toaster and basic spices and paper towel supplied.

I liked the easy access from the back parking to the ground floor level.It was quiet.Breakfast was a good touch to start the day I must say I was dissapointed with the flow of hot water to the bathroom sink I had to run the tap a good 15 mins.& the water was still luke warm very hard to enjoy a good razor shave in the morning

Next time I book at room at your hotel I will ask if they is going to be a sports team staying there when we are. Listened to kids running up and talk the hall; talking; sounded like they were moving furniture for 3 days. I never got any rest and was going to complain to the check in desk when we left but our bill was slipped in under our room door. I figures why complain as they wouldn't do anything anyway. So as far as I am concerned that was our first and last stay.

We greatly enjoyed staying at this hotel. There was coffee available all day in the lobby. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean. The pool and facilities were great. I was very impressed with the breakfast that was included in the morning. I walked along the hall and could smell bacon! I didn't know what to expect and there were cold items; cereal etc., but there was also scrambled eggs, sausage rounds and bacon. You could make your own pancakes and there were hot cinnamon buns as well. The handicap parking was close to front door. I would stay there again.

The staff were freindly and the continental breakfast was good. The area is close to restaurants etc..I would recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast buffet was great! And it was quiet in the rooms and hallways at night so we had a good rest. We liked that we could just walk to Boston Pizza for dinner. The pool was a little small/crowded but we appreciated that there was a pool.
