Full breakfast provided each morning. Great staff and a spacious room (King suite) made for a great stay while visiting family.

The hot-tub was not working, and the pool was ice cold due to the motor (heater) not working and was not repaired during my 5 days there.

Location, next to the airoport.

Free parking is NOT free, the 24h hour shuttle has limited places, and they offer no other transportation should you have no place left in the shuttle. The manager and one of the shuttle driver were not only rude, but also extremely not professional and not helpful. It has been one of the worst hotel experience I have had in a long time.

Convenience and price

Clean Comfortable rooms. Fast and easy checkin and out. Staff was helpful with directions and where to eat.

Not Much. Once you figured out where things are it was easy to get around. The bar was never open.

Good location

Price, even more expensive than others in downtown. We chose it since the flight is in mid night. Otherwise ......

This hotel is great for early departures at the airport as it is 5 minutes from the international airport and they have an excellent free shuttle service. We were very comfortable and the room was clean and well furnished with extras.

Disposable cutlery and plates at breakfast. No room service and no restaurant, so you have to order food in, or go out and buy from restaurants. We took our breakfast for the earlier departure morning back to our room the morning before, so that we would have something to eat at 5am. However, there were no trays, so I took one from under some serviettes, so that I could put our paid breakfast in the room fridge overnight. The breakfast room is closed off during the day, so breakfast time is the only time to get your meal and services starts at 6am. By taking yoghurts, fruit, juice, cereal, bowls, milk and buns to our room the morning before, we still ate a good breakfast. Just as well because the wait at the airport was 3 hours and it was about 5 hours before we ate again.

We were group of six - four adults and two older children. We had two double queen rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. The bathrooms were clean and the towels were soft. The breakfast in the morning is excellent and a perfect start for the day. The lobby is huge and interesting. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Manuel air contention was noisy,didn't like the way the way the bed was made,by the maid,also the blanket to light and not the right length.

I suggest this hotel if you have to sleep near Montreal Airport. Hotel is new, clean and rooms are nice. It is ideal for business travellers. Shuttle service is nice. Price / quality ratio is ok.

I was having trouble on my last day as the internet was not working. I approached the front desk for help but it was not resolved till I left the hotel. There is no resturant and need to travel for each meal and the travelling cost is more than the food cost.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice swimming pool, short ride to town.

Wish they would include the real total when giving you price for room. We ended up paying 20% more on taxes. I believe this could be included in the original quote.

The location is great. We were 5 minutes away from airport.

The rooms are small; they are not scent free. The rooms are very small. The closet was a broom closet. There was not enough room to open both our suitcases. Don't rely on the shuttle to get you to the airport. We used this hotel on our way to and from Las Vegas. Both times the room was not clean. Both times there was excess noise on the floors.

The location is excellent, only 5 minutes from airport.

We stayed overnight on the way to and from our destination and both times the rooms were disgusting. They are small and are not scent free. There is a smell of lysol or something. It is as if they are trying to mask an odour. Both times there was hair in our bed, the towels were not white, and the floors were noisy. This is not a typical Holiday Inn Express. Do not rely on the shuttle if you want to make your plane.

Petit déjeuner indigne d'un 4* aveca assiettes en cartons et set jetable !! Pas de restauration ni même room service. Incroyable pour un hotel en bordure d'autoroute, loin du centre ville. Jamais vu !!!

Ontbijt "poor"; het blijkt een continental breakfast te zijn en dat is altijd zeer karig, met O.A. plastic bordjes/bestek; er wordt echter op de site vermeld dat er ontbijt buffet is en daarmee wordt de klant "op het verkeerde been gezet".

Service courtois, propreté impeccable, très bon rapport qualité prix

Entrée et sortie des stationnements avec clou de sécurité qui frotte sous l'auto. Non dommageable mais déplaisant à entendre frotter sous le dessous de l'auto.
