The location was good. I left a luxury hair product (a new $40 Aveda hair conditioner) on the side of the bathtub. When I realized my error the next morning, I immediately returned to the hotel. They told me that it had not been turned in. I was not impressed with the honesty of the hotel staff. It should have been left at their the lost and found. I plan to write a letter to the manager relaying my concern. He was not available when I returned to the hotel.

When i asked for a non smoking room I actually got a room that didnt smell like cigarettes. Excellent and I will come back. That there was no room service for meals, not interested in take out when travelling alone or on courses.

When I checked in, I was told by the receptionist that a CAA discount would not apply as I had booked my room through Booking.com and would be paying Booking.com directly for the room. I went online at the hotel and got the correct information to show that Booking.com does not charge fees and had requested my credit card information only to reserve the room--not to pay for it. It turned out that the hotel rate through Booking.com was better than the CAA rate but the receptionist should have been aware of how these bookings work. I did later ask a second receptionist to make the first aware of the how things work and I hope that was done.

convenience to York University Lots of student trips present made the breakfast room rather crowded. It would have been nice to have a desk rather than a table for the computer. With wired access there was little flexibility and it faced the AC unit so tended to be cold. I finally went out and bought a $30 router and established wireless access.

Close to York University - about 4 km. Noise level in the hallways and between rooms. Location is industrial without any restaurants close by.

Ruhiges und sauberes Hotel mit bequemem Bett mit direkter Anbindung an den Highway, dadurch ist man relativ schnell mit dem Auto in Toronto Downtown. Frühstück inklusive und reichhaltig, wenn auch zu wenig Platz für alle, so habe ich das Frühstück im Zimmer gegessen, was für mich kein Problem war. Ich war 2 Nächte dort und für diese Dauer ist das Hotel absolut geeignet. Direkte Zimmer Nachbaren sind vermutlich gut zu hören, da ich niemand neben mir hatte war es ruhig, ich würde wieder dort übernachten. Da ich alleinreisend war konnte ich wählen zwischen 1 oder 2 Betten, dadurch war das Zimmer grösser. Schnelle und effiziente Abwicklung an der Rezeption.
