The staff

The shuttle van took close go 1 hour to pick us up at the airport

As a female solo traveler it was safe and clean. It was also in a location that was easy for me to get to shopping, downtown, and to the highway. It should also be noted that the staff was great and ready to answer any questions I had.

The location to the event we wanted to attend was excellent. The location was easy to find and the parking lot was well lit. I was concerned about airport noise disturbing our sleep, but it was not an issue whatsoever. The staff was helpful in giving directions and the rooms were VERY clean and well maintained.

There was not a full breakfast offered on Sunday as was expected.

breakfast was tired at 9 a.m. Lady looking after things was not friendly.

Friendly welcome and a nice room to sleep in. I had a good breakfast and was able to even get a plate of bacon after none was left in display

I love the clean and comfortable rooms. I also love the convinces of having transportation to the Hotel and back to the airport again. Very helpful staff with bright smiles that made the stay so much more enjoyable.

Angie who worked the front desk and checked us in was a delight.

The bed was way too hard. Could not sleep at all.

TV remote was not working ( I guess it needed battery only)

the variety of foods for the breakfast offering was quite outstanding

I had difficulty tuning in to the regular TV channels. I could not get past the movie and games offerings.

Service was wonderfull, check in was painless and quick

I had to phone for shuttle service. The shuttle service didn't come on a regular basis.

i was very pleased with the way the moved us from one room to another as when we entered the room we noticed the bathroom door was broke the manger came right up and moved us to a new room.

just there one night and it was very handy for an early morning flight. Receptionist was excellent, shuttle driver very kind in helping me with heavy bag, breakfast was more than adequate and coffee was good. just what I needed.

The staff was quick and courteous.

The bathroom was a little small and squirrels were fighting on the roof.
