One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were really comfortable and the location was just perfect. All the cutlery in the breakfastroom were made of plastic. |

Access to places we wanted to go to, mostly by walking. Yes, why is the bottle of water in the room not complimentary, we had to pay an extra $3.00 for it!!! This really ticked me off!, We could have as much shampoo, and soap as we wanted but not water??? |

I was happy with the relative closeness to the theatre district. It was a nice walk and I felt safe, even at night. I am a bit unsure of cleaning staff. What I thought was a discoloured toilet changed when flushed! As well, I found previous client's belonging lying mostly under bed.....had the floor been vacuumed?? |

The location is very good, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast room could be a little bigger. Parking should be included in the room price. |

you can walk anywhere downtown and reach every major sight in 5 -10 min. The worst check-in ever had. Customer service orientation extremely poor. No one smile. |

good location looks old from the outside and inside- very small breakfast room very hard to get the food from the buffet table if there were more than 10 people, in fact after the first morning I gave up and went for brekfast in a cafè nearby |

Very comfortable, facilities nice and close to everywhere The automatic entrance doors re not working making it difficult for people with laugages to go in without some help, and the staff re not readily available to render this help/ |

Lots of pillows on the bed...AND Lots of towels. I didn't like the construction/noise in the morning, waking up to jack hammers after a long night from a concert and drinking wasn't very thrilling...but I understand the construction is only temporary...I Wish there was a fridge in the room also, It might have been extra to have one but I wasn't sure, I did not ask. |

Chambre spacieuse Hôtel bruyant. Réveillée dans la nuit par un groupe de gens qui riaient à gorge déployée sans respect pour ceux qui dorment malgré le fait que nous étions éloignés de l'ascenseur. Isolation phonique des fenêtres nulle, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue. Le réceptionniste a considéré que nous parlions anglais et n'a fait aucun effort pour se mettre à notre niveau. Quant au wifi, nous n'avons jamais pu connecter des deux jours dans la chambre. Petit déj bof, assez industriel |
