It´s a good hotel for the money. But the facilities are very old and need a reform. The heating system of the room is made by a air conditioner, which is very noisy.

Clean rooms and no Smoking in any rooms or the stale smell of smoke in the rooms. We enjoyed the what I thought was large selection of breakfast food and how it was presented. Convenient parking. I would select your Hotel again when returning to Toronto.

I thought that the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and in a great location for the things that I needed to enjoy. The parking was handy as well. I am in a wheelchair and the hotel lobby and breakfast area were easy to navigate. The buffet breakfast was very tasty. I wish the actual wheelchair accessible room was a little larger. The bathroom, however, was fine with all of the required equipment.

Good location, and at a reasonable price for being right in the heart of downtown. Off the main streets so not too noisy either. I did not feel well the morning of our check out, and the hotel staff were accomodating and allowed us to have a later check out. Breakfast was much more 'fast food' style than I have experienced other hotels

The sound proofing between rooms and through the windows is surprisnly inadequate for a busy downtown hotel. Street noise from Jarvis St - where traffic never stops was alnight, and we tv and door slamming noises from neighbouring rooms.

Just one day before, I stayed one day at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown in Montreal, and I could experience the difference between that hotel and the Holiday Inn Express Toronto. They not have comparison. The last hotel is better. I didnt have think that the hotel in Montreal was Holiday Inn.
