Everything. Clean room & Bathroom. Great Service and Breakfast. Great flexibility of checkin and checkout time. No facility make tea in the room. Hot water from coffee maker has coffee smell. No kettle availalble from front desk.

It is convenient to where I need to be the staff are always very friendly; my room is always well maintained; the breakfast is a great bonus. The bathtub needs some work - and the paint is peeling on the ceiling ... it felt a little dirty but it was clean. Bed was a little too soft. Would like it if there was a fridge in the rooms.

The rooms were quite big and clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good if you want to see the downtown. Breakfast was bad - things were either too sweet or to fat, fried and artificial (coffee, pancakes, muffins and so on).

Cleaning services were excellent, the breakfast was really good and the locations is very good as well. The limo service to thr airport was awesome! The hair dryer. Took ages to dry your hair.

Handy location: a short walk to the St. Lawrence Market, Distillery district, Yonge Street and many nice pubs and restaurants. Breakfast (with some hot items) included. Pricey parking, noisy area due to construction.

Liked the reception staff and breakfast Choice of breakfast should have a 3rd day's menu as well (instead of alternate days).. becomes boring for a guest staying long term with repeat menu every next day
