We have stayed here before as it is close to Carleton University where our son attends. Great staff, very clean and quiet. There was room to park a U-Haul trailor for free. Pool was very clean and there were towels available. Great that breakfast was included in price. The pancake machine was a fun option. Would reccommend to anyone to stay here. Although the breakfast offers several options, there was no fresh fruit (except apples on a coffee table). This seems to be an issue with the chain, not this particular hotel.

Breakfast was good, proximity to airport Airconditioner was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I had to unplug it from the wall, however it continued to make noise.

It is a new hotel. Well, not out dated. Room is very clean. Good location, close to Ottawa airport. I would say $159 per night (excluding tax) is not cheat. The buffet complimentary breakfast is okay, just okay. Since this hotel doesn't have kitchen, don't expect too much. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Good location near airport. Your housekeeping staff are some of the nicest people I've met in their line of work. Generally all staff very good at what they do. A bit too warm in the rooms. Probably we should have turned on the air conditioner.

The room was big, very clean. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Lots of variety in the breakfast bar. Hot foods a plus: pancakes, eggs, bacon.

We got a spacious room with high ceiling, much bigger than rooms I've been in at similar prices. Good breakfast buffet, access to pool and weight room included too. Location is handy to airport and near large mall, only fifteen minutes by car to downtown via parkway. Staff were helpful and congenial. Throwaway dishes at the breakfast buffet seem wasteful, but the plates & bowls were compostable paper instead of styrofoam. The landscaping around the building also needs more trees.
