Holiday Inn Pointe-Claire Montreal Airport  

I was stuck in a room between construction. I was up at 5:47 am with a driiling noise. Not happy!!!!

Convience to the highways.

Price of the breakfast was way too high and if we had known before we sat down we would have gone to tim's for our coffee.Also there were parties going on ,around us on our floor and we had to move which was very inconvient when we had unpacked.

staff patiently listened to all our complaints and did give us one free might which helped,

The hotel is under renovation. They do not explain this honnestly on the phone. Construction started at 6 am, the elevators were broken I walked 9 floors on several occations. My mother has a wheelchair and that was a disaster. The hottub was empty, the grounds were a muddy mess, the inside was a mess aswell. Sharing space with workmen who had taken the place over. 2 bucks for a cup of bad coffeee in the morning. No fans in the bathroom made the place a sweatlodge after every shower. Ugghh. we were exhausted by the time we left. And it wasn't a cheap date. stay away!!! Also-they had no shuttle when they said they would. 40 bucks from airport that I had to fight to get back.

I have always booked my hotels through Booking.com.The hotel was ideal location for my stay.The service was ok.

However,as there were renovation works going on in the hotel,there was lots of noise which was really annoying and disturbing.I Would recommend others Holiday Inn Pointe-Claire,but not during renovation works.

The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I also liked the upgrade.

I was surprised to pay 133.00 the first night and 92.00 for second night. I had thought it was 92.00 each night.

Nous etions de passage seulement.Le service de navette est tres bien.
