Atlantica Hotel Halifax    

Loved the ambience of the hotel. Every single staff member was friendly and efficient.

It's a little walk away from downtown for more mature visitors, but there is a very efficient and cheap bus service just outside the hotel which takes you downtown.

Underground parking was very tight due to inconsiderate parking by visitors parking too close to the yellow dividing lines of parking spots. When we came back to the hotel on Sat. night, there was five unclaimed parking spots, that if you parked in any one of them, you wouldn't be able to get out of you vehicle. I had to park in one corner of the levels, partically in one of the traffic lanes.

Appreciated the free limo service and the staff were very friendly!

Parking is very difficult to manoeuvre. Poor design. The elevators had a mind of their own. Weren't stopping or opening doors.

Great location. Could walk to campus easily and lots of good restaurants in the area. Good Price. Staff were excellent. Rooms were large and comfortable. Wireless was free. Showers had great pressure. Sink area in bathroom was large. What is not to like?

Parking garage was difficult to navigate with larger car.

Parking garage small and cramped had to drive around several times to get a spot and even parked in a no parking space on the street waiting for one.

Excellent staff. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean. Room was very clean. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Really enjoyed the toiletries (soaps and shampoos).

Room was old but in good repair.

The staff was really friendly and would do their best to make sure you enjoy your stay. Location was pretty good within walking distance to waterfront and bars and such. I had a king size bed and that had to be the best night rest I have had in a long time very comfortable.

I thought there was a lot of noise in the hallway while people were walking by and talk or kids running by which I don't know how that could be solve maybe a heavier door or more insulated door. All in all still wasn't a bad stay.

The bed was very comfy, it was quiet, and we loved the lounge the view was awesome!

When we arrived the woman at the front desk gave us our key to our room, when we tried to open the door someone was already in the room.

Room was great.

The parking was pricy and the elevators from the parting area were very small and there was an awful smell. One desk staff member seemed anoyed and unfriendly.

Restaurant hours were not the best. Prices extremely high......found hair in the food so dining experience was not the best.

The parkade was difficult to maneuvre- initially the hotel is difficult to access.

Only complaint: I feel hotel guests should have free parking; buffet breakfast was excellent however should be less expensive for guests.I Booked at reduced rate via internet and would stayed longer if allowed to keep that rate.

It had a restaurant.

The heating system in the rooms. The phone rang 4 or 5 times in the morning and we couldn't answer it to stop, the clerk at the front desk said no one put any calls thru to us and there was no wake up calls.

Very nice accomodation and clean. Also, staff so friendly and very helpful when we ask for directions .

We were completely satisfied with our stay and will definately stay there next trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Couldn't make left turn when leaving hotel but that is a minor adjustment.
