The service was wonderful, the woman at the front desk was very kind and patient, her name was Scarlett if I remember correctly. She helped us with an issue with our security deposit with a smile on her face and never faltered. The area was wonderful and the maids were kind and cheery, there wasn't a sour face in the entire hotel- even when we checked in after midnight. The beds were a little hard, after the third night of sleeping on it our backs were kind of messed up.

Hotel was clean the evening meal was Quite good with good staff The hotel was quite cold the heat in the room was hard to regulate. We ordered breakfast from the menu & it arrived cold . But they did take it off the bill. When I went to check out the man at the desk refused to give me a receipt as i booked through Booking .com Wouild not stay there again

Mall right across the road. Room was ice cold, even with thermostat on highest level. Now I have a cold. Carpet was wet. There must have been flooding or something. Screaming and yelling woke me up at 3:00 AM. Worst night's stay ever!

We were there to watch our grandsons play lacrosse and this facility was most conviently located. There was no ice machine on floor 3 although a sign indicated there was one however I coped quite easily

It was a lovely location which had a very big shopping centre opposite. This was very handy as it was within walking distance. Also in the shopping centre was a good choice of food. In the holiday inn all of the staff especially Ankit were very helpful and cheery. Breakfast had a varied choice which was very good because there was a mixed choice of hot or cold. The bedrooms had very updated facilities which was good. Although it would have been helpful to have a mini fridge and maybe even a microwave. All in all i we had a fantastic stay. Thanks to everyone e there . The only thing was that it would have been helpful if a mini fridge could have been available in the room and even better if there was a micro wave.
