Very good,
Score from 60 reviews
“ The room had amazing amenities. The in room laundry, dishwasher, full kitchen, fireplace and heater ensured we had more comforts than home. The location could not have been better for experiencing whistler village. My expectations for a holiday inn were very much exceeded as I expected a more budget oriented experience. ”

Lots of drunk people who were noisy... not a good example for kids if you bring the whole family.

Comfortable bed Clean bathroom Well-equipped kitchenette Great view of the mountains Great proximity to restaurants/shopping/skiing The fact that guests had to pay an additional $15 per night for parking - should be complementary for the price you pay for night

1) very central and everything is within walking distance. 2) nice room. 1) really noisy at night as my room is next to the road. The noise from the traffic and the drunk young people kept us awake.

The location was excellent, as was the size of the room with full kitchen and laundry facilities. So close to everything including the chair lifts. The reception staff were very helpful when I needed to email an insurance claim to Australia as a result of my son's snowboarding excellent - thank you very much to all of them.

Staff were welcoming, helpful. Underground parking. Wireless internet included. Our room was situated in a courtyard. It was a Friday night and we were kept awake by bottles smashing, people yelling, laughing, coughing, etc. We were awoken 4-5 times during the night. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I looked under the bed for an electrical outlet and was disgusted by the filth along the wall on the carpet. Also, there were no chairs; nowhere to sit except on the bed. I went next door in the morning and got a room at a nearby hotel which didn't cost much more but was worth every penny.

The hotel was very clean, front desk staff were excellent. Very friendly. We couldn't find the entrance to the elevator and one of the staff members easily volunteered to show us in the chilly(-5c) weather. The bed was very comfortable, the utensils are clean. The location of the hotel is very good, after a long walk around the village its very relaxing to know you are minutes away from your hotel. The noise level outside, it can easily be heard through the windows, neighboring rooms were very quite, just one down side to the hotel location.

The service and really comfortable room was excellent. Great location to all service. Most of all the Manager at the time - John - was super efficient and made us feel right at home. He was able to provide us with all the information about the area that we required. As John was originally from Australia, my husband and he were able to have an in depth discussion about the upcoming afl grand final (Aussie rules football),

The front desk employees were very accommodating. I prefer Holiday Inn Express's breakfast plan. Also, I think parking should not be an extra cost when staying at your hotel.

Convenient Whistler Village location I was not happy with the price we were charged. I believe I chose the $74 a night room, which seemed to be fair, considering that we would be away at an event for most of the time. when we got to the hotel I was told I booked an $88 a night room. I was very disappointed in having to pay the extra and I don't think I will use booking.com again to book a hotel. I fully believed I filled in the dot for the $74 night room. I might have made a slip of the finger but at the time from memory I know what I saw. When I got the confirmation of our reservation it showed $177.66 but I just thought that the figure included the nasty 14.5% hotel tax. If I realized as I do not after re-reading my confirmation that it does include the tax, I would have complained immediately and got the room changed to the one I actually wanted.
