Rooms were too warm - temperature control did not work

Excellent service, windows that open. Comfortable bed. Convenient parking. Globe and Mail.

No fridge. No closet.

My greeting from front desk staff was super friendly. They called my room a few minutes after I entered to see if everything was satisfactory. Bravo ! I chose this hotel for the chain's reputation and for the safe neighbourhood.

I don't often travel solo but not having room service was a challenge. It forced me out of the room to look for dinner however, because of the safe neighbourhood it wasn't a problem.Consider this comment simply a word of warning. Not a complaint.

Pierre was amazing in accomodating our bookings. The employee at the front desk Saturday night (around 1 am) was very helpful and friendly.

The decor was unkept...painting peeling, chipped furniture and the shower handle was stuck.

The location was really convenient for our purposes. It's central location, between Yonge and Spadina, was perfect for our needs.

Courteous service. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Great location.

The restaruant, FOx and Fiddle was terrrible. Food terrible and service terrible. I understand it is not part of the hotel, but it is directly, physically joined to the hotel. It is a dive. Suggest changing establishments, if this is possible.

Très bien situé. Lit très confortable, chambre très bien insonorisées. Stationnement souterrain, un peu dispendieux tout de même à $22.00 par jour

La salle d'entrainement n'est pas du tout à la hauteur. Seulement 1 appareil qui valait la peine. Le reste simplement pour dire qu'ils ont un fitness room.

Propreté et grandeur de la salle de bain, journal le matin, le silence dans les corridors, facilité pour ajuster la température de la chambre, le café dans la chambre. Le stationnement sous l'hôtel. Le sourire des réceptionnistes.

Payé l'Internet. Ça devrait être un service gratuit.

La proximité, le personnel courtois, le confort.

当日行ったところ、クレジットカードのナンバーの不備で（細かいことは分からない） ３日前に予約は、解除されたということでした。 仮に当方のナンバーの書きまちがいであったとして、すぐに分からなかったのですか？ 予約サイトをつかった意味がありません。
