There was an immediate musky+food stench when we walked in. The bathtub was yellow and there was hair left on the bathroom wall. Due to these conditions, we decided not to shower since we only stayed one night. STARS: ☆☆☆
The bed was very clean and the room was very comfortable.
Bathroom wasn't clean. There was no tissue in the room and in the bathroom. With this price, next time, I prefer to stay in a room that has refrigerator in case I need cold water during night.
easy access to subway and trams. plenty of eating options nearby. good sized room.
decor a bit dated and rugs showed evidence of wear and tear. A fridge would have been nice. only one bed side lamp between twin beds.
Close to a variety of restaurants and the metro.
The price was a high.
The facilities, cleanliness and comfort are nice.
I have two things I didn't like. First, the receptionist has changed my room without my consent to double bed. Second, I found it very strange with their rules about breakfast, I have booked breakfast included, but not the case during checking in- this was ridiculous to me. Please make it clear on the website.
Special thanks to Mary at the front desk who was pleasant and provided excellent. Service on my arrival and departure.
Freindly staff ,good location for shopping and nearby subway and comfortable beds with the most amazingly comfortable pillows
Would have been useful to have a small fridge in the room
small parking garage - lots of room short distance parking to elevator short distance elevator to front desk short distance elevator to front door short distance elevator to room
could not answer the phone - message system engages too soon
Convenient location. We could walk to most of the places we wanted to see.Easy subway connection to the airport
The beds in my room were very soft.
Location is good.
No frige,no frige,no frige!!!
good location, nice staff, clean
?guests smoking at entrance to hotel.
Shower curtain dirty and smelly (had it changed by housekeeping). Maids did not clean room if we left room after 12:30 pm. Table tops needed cleaning. Springs in bed were old and noisy.
Central location. Easy access to metro and busing. Attached pub. Guest only bathroom just off of pub. Central location. Good room temperature control, no window HVAC.
Beginning to show its age. Shower curtains, tub an sink beginning to show stains from age/use. Pricey. Rates go up on weekends.
Excellent location in Toronto. Parking lot is $22 but it included until midnight on our checkout day. Easy walk to Bloor Yorkville shopping, and subway station is very close to get rest of the city.
Location near museums and restaurants. Not in the busy business district.
Small rooms, no real amenities. A/C broke, but was fixed next day.
Sadly, not a lot.
Though near to museums the block the hotel is on feels remote. Arriving late in the evening I felt far from a decent place to eat. The bathroom was tired looking and a hair in the shower was not a welcome sight.
I really don't like the service. I pay and I can't get what I want.
Located close to the university, the subway system, the museum and on a great street. You can open the window in the room. The parking lot is spacious. The staff are fine.
You won't find fine dining in this place. Rooms are a tad small. Exiting from the parking lot is a little tricky.
I liked that it was centraly located to the things we wanted to do.
It wasn't convenient to get the ice and treats on another floor. When we asked directions we got conflicting answers.
The location is the only thing I really enjoyed.
The staffs. I must say some of the staffs are really not friendly, they don't even look at you when they speak, only one girl worked at the evening was very nice. So I remember her very well.
There was no refrigerator. There was no free breakfast.
Parking very expensive
There is no supply of shower caps :(
They came immediately when our TV was fuzzy and fixed it. In and out parking privileges for $22 until midnight the day you check out. So close to so many attractions in Toronto !
