The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The children loved the pool and the adults appreciated having chairs from which to watch them swim.

Some of the shops in the immediate vacinity are a little dodgy and it might be best to avoid wandering around in the dark especially with children.

Staff was very friendly at the hotel.

The area behind the hotel ( where you get out with the car) seems a little dodgy. In general the hotel needs some renovation.

Customer Service. Staff were exceptionally helpful. When rooms were available, they helped me check-in early and allowed out family to store bags @ the hotel for a few hours without any charge.

elevators. one was under repair and the other took forever and was not enough for the traffic.

Love the location, the meals and price at the restaurant. Loved everything about the rooms. Great place to stay. a+++++

Not sure what happened to my traveling pillow. Last time we saw it was in the room so not too sure where it went. We search high and low but could not find it. One staff didn't have a clue how to advise us on how to get to Grouse Mountain. Totally hopeless, she just wasted our time pretending to know.

location is within downtown bed and pillows are comfortable

the complimentary coffee was not replenished... the elevator is too small... the breakfast buffet is not that good... the parking fee should be waived.. toiletries were too few and not replenished daily... too narrow driveway

The proximity of its location to where we are going. Adjacent to the business district but far from the noise and crowd of the city center.

The mini fridge was making lounge painful screeching noises and the plug was located behind the wall unit so it was unreachable. Complained to front desk and they did not do anything. Bought ear plugs and made it through the night. Complained to management again the second day at 8:30am and it wasn't fixed until after 4pm. Also, housekeeping actually came into our room while we were sleeping at 8am on the Saturday morning and woke us up. We didn't hear her knock b/c of the ear plugs. She then didn't return, so our bed wasn't made, and it hadn't been straightened out after maintenance visited. Pretty upsetting to be woken up by a stranger in your room. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service was superb. Room was comfortable.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn once a year for the past several years when attending an annual seminar. The only thing I find annoying is that you have to go up to the reception desk to check in and then return to the parking garage because you have to put the parking ticket on your dashboard. I learned my lesson on my first stay there to leave my luggage in my car until after I had visited reception and picked up my parking ticket...saves either having to go up to your room first, or drag your luggage back to the garage with you!

The room was clean, the maid was very nice. Front desk was good and helpful.

parking get in and out was terrible food need to be improve, more varieties, more drinks, add fruits, pastries, and menu need to be change, it pretty bad eating the same things everyday. This is my first time complaining, they need to improve in other for their customers to come back again. Price is kinda high, i should not be paying for my parking, have to wait in the back alley at least 10-15 each day to get out of the parking lot, because of the delivery trucks blocking the way. Room need thicker wall, you can hear the people next door talking, it was really loud can not sleep for 2 nights. :(

I flew 15 hours into Vancouver and arrived about 8 hours before I was scheduled to check in. The great staff at the Holiday Inn were able to find a room for me to check in to for which I am extremely grateful.
