I had to tell the maid that the money I had left on the bed was a tip for her. It speaks to her honesty that she left it behind because she either didn't know or wasn't sure. Lack of easy access from parking area to hotel proper.

The heater in my room didn't work and we were very cold all night but the manager gave us a discount on the room. The room was very cold!

I stayed in a smoking room which for once in my life didn't smell like an ashtray and i smoke but they got it right even smokers want to be in a nice smelling room!Staff where amazing and very helpful.Even helping me find a movie house and the time to go. i even felt safe parking in the parkade at night and walking on my own very well lit ans security camera's.My room was always clean when i came back which was nice i felt spoiled.I highly recommend staying there i know ill be back forsure this time ill remember my bathing suit.Room service was great and the food really great.

In general our stay at holiday in was very comfortable. the washroom wasn't clean enough.. there were some stamps on the floor and breakfast was poor some how..
