Large room, good location close to the airport. Rooms need an upgrade. Hotel was not able to process me an invoice when checking out, telling me that the payment was directly to booking.com. This is the first time that this happened to me when doing a booking with booking.com. Staff was not very helpfull when requesting an invoice.

The room was very clean. The front desk staff seemed to be poorly trained. When I checked in, I wasn't given my voucher for breakfast and had to go to the desk the next moring and ask for it. I also wasn't asked for my Air Miles card upon check-in.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room and all facilities we needed incl excellent parking and good wifi. We were in Holiday Inn Calgary Airport for a few days in June and as a result of this experience we booked another few days for September. We were very satisfied again.

Since we were leaving from the airport very early in the morning this location was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

We just stayed overnight between flying into Calgary and heading into the Rockie Mountains next day. We found it very comfortable, clean and very reasonably priced. They also had an excellent shuttle service to and from the airport.

It was a very relaxing hotel. The staff were very responsive to our needs as we had a small baby. The food and food service was great. The beds were the most con\mfortable that I and my family have ever slept in at a hotel. It was a hot day when we arrived and they had the airconditioning on well before we got there. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Clean quiet easy access to highway and not far from downtown I was told when booking the hotel that I would get a free breakfast for 2 people daily instead I got a $20 breakfast voucher which did not cover breakfast for two . the cheapest item on the menu were waffles for $8. that plus coffee and or juice plus tip put the total to $20 and only one person was fed.

Proximity to airport. Courtesy shuttle. Cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Confused it with the Holiday Inn Express a short distance away, although that has nothing to do with the hotel, just my lack of knowledge of Calgary.

De Schuttel service van en naar het vliegveld is echt ideaal en goed geregeld. De bedden en kamers zijn super goed. Fijn dat er 2 grote bedden waren. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Wat leuk is is de panorama uitzicht op de 5e verdieping. Er staat een koffiezet apparaat in de keuken erg fijn maar had graag ook thee willen kunnen zetten en dat is niet mogelijk. Dat miste ik.

המיקום של המלון מצויין. בעיקר אם אין כוונה להשאר בעיר קלגרי. והכוונה רק לנחות, להתרענן מהטיסה לילה אחד ולהמשיך להרי הרוקי.המלון ממוקם 15 דק' מהשדה. יש שאטל חינם. אז אם מגיעים מאוחר ולא רוצים לעבור את פרוצדורת שכירת הרכב בשדה בשעה מאוחרת. נוסעים בשאטל למלון, ישנים נחים אוכלים ארוחת בוקר נחמדה וחוזרים רעננים עם השאטל לשדה או לסניף קרוב לשכירת הרכב.הצוות אדיב, החדרים נקיים וגדולים, ארוחת בוקר טובה. ממליצה בחום.

Lage, sehr nah am Flughafen und mit Auto nicht zu weit von der Innenstadt. Freundlichkeit des Personals. Neues Bad, sehr schöne Massagedusche Fluglärm ist zu hören; relativ nah an der Straße; beides mit Ohrstöpsel kein Problem. Etwas altmodisch, aber bei hi weiß man was man hat
