Des gens sont très aimables et coopératifs.

Ils ne nous ont pas mentionné qu'il avait un déjeuner gratuit le matin en plus après trois jours ils nous avaient déposé sur un des lits de la chambre si on voulait se procurer d'un séchoir à cheveux et d'un réfrigérateur durant notre séjour de cinq jours chez Homeward Inns of Canada. Mais par contre le reste était parfait. Donc il y a matière à renseigner plus la clientèle lors de l'enregistrement.

Easy access. Friendly staff. Clean.

Bed too large for room - king bed in a small room. Placement of TV inconvenient. Lack of coffee machine. Having stayed in only one room, don't know if other rooms are the same. May be a great spot depending on circumstances, but not what we wanted on this trip.

I loved the bed which is why I chose a King room.

I was unhappy because a) they called themselves an Inn and they are merely a Motel with an arrangement for Breakfast. They should make this clear in their ads. And b) they are right next door to a 24 hour Tim Horton's so the traffic noise does not let a person sleep. C) I had to get help with the facilities twice which could be checked before a guest checks in. The bedside power point was not working thus the bedside light had to be plugged in elsewhere and the TV did not work until I got someone to sort it out.

Reduced room rate by $15 b/c I complained about the shower.

Room rates out of line with the upkeep of the facility, the shower was terrible (no pressure) and was more like a cabin room than a hotel charging $100. For $10 more, I stayed at the Hampton Inns in Sydney.....go figure.

Staff was awesome. Breakfast arrangement with local restaurant was great. Sydney, the owners dog was great :)

Having to go to office to borrow a blow dryer. I didn't bring my own as I assumed thee would be one in the room. This was not a huge inconvenience. Shower water pressure was very poor.

Room was cold, pot smoking neighbour, alarm clock rang at midnight had to unplug it to tun it off, had to move a bed to plug IN the lights, parking was bad (right at end if building).

the room was clean and quiet, very good free breakfast was included, extra towels were given and the desk clerk phoned our room to see if everything was satisfactory.

To whom it may concern: I visited my daughter at St. FX U in Antigonish, NS and stayed at the Homeward Inn on James St. I liked the fact it was a great location, 5 minutes away from the university. The beds were very cozy and comfortable and the room was large and warm. We received 2 complimentarty breakfasts at the Snow Queen restaurant. Thank you for a nice stay. Lisa

Parking was too crowded for vehicles.

Clean room in an older hotel.

Noisy early in the morning...you can hear everyone leaving in the morning(I.e. conversations, cars starting, and dogs). We had 2 rooms...one was fine with air conditioning and the other had none in the bedroom area. No free breakfast...only Sun-Thurs. Towels were old and really need to be replaced.

The hotel could use some upgrading. The carpet was stained and dirty.

The room was updated and very clean. Also, was dog friendly. Loved it!

Our room was right next to the highway.- traffic noise.

Our room wasn't ready at our check-in time so we were offered a double queen room at the same price as our single queen room. I thought that was a nice gesture.

One of the electrical outlets in our room didn't work and the room smelled a bit musty, as if it had been unused for some time.

What I liked most was the warm hospitality of Pearl at the front desk. She helped make our stay wonderful and I couldn't say enough .. Thanks to Pearl!!

The only thing that I didn't care for were the colored towels.. I prefer white.
